It is a pleasure to stay here and in future if got chance to visit. I will definitely visit again. Hotel ambience and facilities was excellent.

Well maintained... nicely located amid mountains... pool was maintained... over all nice experience ...

Terrible place with rates as high as 5 star property and cleanliness as bad as dumping pit. Washrooms weren't clean, the breakfast wasn't good either.

Unprofessional staff, untidy rooms, cheap cheap culinary, pathetic interior... Food is good.

We went with our family on 24th of June 2023, booked 2 rooms there, on arrival. The room they alloted had lizard on bed, after complaining, they changed our room after half n hour, they were not bothered to carry our luggage too, in room no.409 air conditioner was not working, phone was not working and during night whole toilet floor was filled with water due to blockage of main water pipes...staff didn't seemed bothered, they had verya casual approach. During breakfast food served was not enough hot, Street dogs were roaming inside the gardens, and they didn't payed heed to it, over all very unprofessional behaviour of working staff
