I booked a sea view room, but I received a parking! view. The room was very small. Also I booked a twin beds room, but I was giving a king size room. This hotel is not a 4 stars one, but a 3 stars. I would not recommend this hotel to my friends. It is very expensive fot what is offering. The meal was the same for 7 days. We got fed having the same meal - at breakfast and dinner! No parking places,

My friend and I were pleased by the price and the buffet. The staff were very helpful and overall friendly. The room was tiny and the smell from the restroom was awful, but we made the most of our stay. Also it was definitely off season, no extra curricula activities, it was more for the older crowd. The spa services were relaxing however the massage I received seemed incomplete, paid for full body and appeared to be short changed, not impressed w/ my 1st ever massage. The room was tiny and the smell in the bathroom was awful, like sewage.

hotel is perfectely located next to the sea in a huge park of pines. there are romantic rooms people should book - they are newly renovated and have balcony or terrace (unfortunately there are only 18 rooms available). the other rooms are old and have no balcony. the restaurant is also quite oldfashioned apart from the terrace. the food is excellent - Valamar standard.

Hotel is close to the beach. Good parking.Clean sea.Very quaet. Rooms need TV, internet and AC.

Very nice location (very close to the see and protected by trees. Noise. One problem was the one generaterd by water (showers, etc..) from other rooms.

Cleanliness of the room,the bar on the beach When you reserve a room online,till you do not arive the reception you do not know in witch hotel you have the room.When you make a reservation for a premium room, you never think they can give you a ground floor room and I think this is not fair.I Think, a ground floor it is not equal with first or second floor as comfort.Change the nomenclator of the rooms and make the diference.

The staff were very warm + helpful and spoke several languages, Sabrina from Reception was top notch. The breakfast and dinner buffet was plentiful, fresh and somewhat varied. The location was good, w/ a little train into town convenient (although difficult to get to). The bedroom furniture was new even though the building was delapidated. Daily room cleaning/ towel changing. Hotel best used just to sleep in, in which case, it is good value for money. It was minging! The compound (not a resort), straight out of a cheap 70's camping site was like a mad soviet concrete maze of ugly buildings in dire need of a lick of paint. Access to the beach and everywhere was hazardous, w/ lots of uneven stairs w/ no railings. The pool was a cold tank and had no sun loungers or grass around. The rooms were dark and stiffling, at night we had to keep the windows open which let mosquitoes in. Basically a very depressing place to stay in throughout the day w/ very poor facilities.

Verry good food and cleanliness of the room also on the entire hotel Too much noise (means lack of respect for the rests of the guests from other guests (germans and italians);dead time for all inclusive bar (free drinks wasn't allowed between 9 and 10 and also from 14 to 16:30);

Stayed for 4 nights, half-board. Location was excellent, right on coast and coastal promenade. The staff were all very good, friendly, helpful and could speak enough english to understand us. The receptionists spoke good english and were very polite. The hotel was showing some age.The room was a lot older looking than we expected and could have done with being refurbished. There was no hot water during our stay, only luke warm at best.The breakfast was finished by 9am each morning which didn't provide much of a sleep-in if it was required. The food itself was not of a standard we were expecting. There was a good selection, but one couldn't help but feel that the quality was low. Additionally, things like the coffee and the "orange juice"(actually dilute) were quite bad, and desserts after dinner were poor quality. Breakfast meates were all processed and the scrambled eggs was sweet!! Paid more for sea view but reception said "no room actually has a sea view but just faces the sea!"

The hotel is practically located on the beach, which is great and the staff was very nice. It's really not a value for money. I mean it's supposed to be a 3 star hotel, but I've seen better backpackers. The design is absolutely dreadful, the furniture in the rooms is very, very old, the rooms are tiny, the water in the shower don't go down the drain, there are no air conditioners in the rooms and no safe, so if you wish to lock up your valuables, you need to leave them at the front desk and pay for it (!). We stayed 4 nights, and not once were our sheets changed. Also, we were in a room right above the hotel's restaurant, and the smell of fried fish was really disturbing.

Beach is very close to the hotel. The nature is amazing. Last renovation was made 30 years ago, it is necessary now. Pictures on the web-page do not correspond the exact view of rooms. Rooms are extremely small, you can touch opposite walls while lying in the bed.

This was certainly wrong choise for us: noisy, totally crowded, uncomfortable rooms etc. To our room we heard at least three different disco music like we were sleeping in the dance floors in all of them. When asking for another room, answer was that all rooms are noisy. We stayed only one night (booked 4) and continued our vacation in other side of Istria.
