Pros: Beautiful beach, crystal waters,two chairs and umbrella only for 6 euros . The houses very very clean, and with a very quiet environment. If you just want to disconnect from crazy life , go there. The road (1 hour from the airport) can be tricky. Just drive slowly and follow the main road. We went to Agios Kirikos one night and we were sooooo happy to stay in Cusco studios for 5 nights. A paradise. The pizzeria down the road can deliver to you. Very nice thick pizzas and more dishes. The taberna just close by the pizzeria is amazing. Very relax, down to earth and honest people (like a good ikarian I think) The food and ingredients fresh and suuuuper nice. Try the briam please and dip it in tzatziki
Cons: If you are not an experienced driver, you can find it a bit of a challenge (the whole island) The way down to the beach it takes two minutes walking, very close, but if you have an injury it can be tricky. Where closed shoes or closed sleepers.

Pros: We really loved staying at Utopia and particularly would like to thank Chris for his hospitality and friendliness. He made us feel at home and was helpful in telling us about local attractions and what was going on. The studio was fab! Great space and well equipped kitchen. Great shower. We loved the outdoor space and the views of the beach below, the mountains and the sea, which was breathtaking. There was a restaurant nearby serving tasty food at good prices. Friendly staff and local people to eat with We would definitely stay again when we revisit Ikaria

Pros: This is a really wonderful hotel. The hosts are incredibly nice, friendly, and helpful. The hotel itself is surrounded by a garden with fig trees, orange trees, grape vines, and of course olive trees. It has a nice nature feel to it with shady tables to sit and read or have a bit of lunch. The hosts treated us to fresh grapes and figs from the garden. Very close to a nice beach, tasty restaurants, and a hiking trail if you go up the mountain.

Pros: Located in the best part of the island of Ikaria (south west), near the beach of Seychelles, the guesthouse Zacharoula is clean, quiet and guaranteed to provide u with amazing hospitality by Mr Stephanos and Mrs Stella, both exceptional people. The front rooms provide breath-taking views to the sea, mountain and woods. The rooms are spacious with amenities for coffee making and mild cooking. The yard, the balcony and the surrounding area ensure perfect care-free days away from the craziness of city life... Overall experience was awesome. I'll recommend this hotel to every couple and family. You won't regret it, just be there!

Pros: Heaven on earth. Fabulous villas with large furnished decks. Outstanding pool/ spa area Breakfast cannot be described you want it - you get it. All delicious and made for you individually. Exceptional service - so friendly and helpful. I want to keep the Toxotis a secret however it is just too amazing not to share. Be prepared for cats everywhere on the island and goats on mountains

Pros: Very nice and friendly staff. That building is recently renovated and has large studios with balconies. Very clean with daily refreshments. Breakfast is an excellent buffet with local fresh products. It’s only 7 EU per person with plenty of food. Good location, about 5 -10 minutes drive to the port. Great value for the money!
Cons: The showers are too small but manageable.

Pros: For Greek standards it was a most comfortable hotel. Nice and clean studio’s/apartments. The personnel were very friendly and did their best to guarantee a nice stay. Within a few minutes walk there is a little beach.
Cons: The parking is limited and you have to park on the road. The town of Evdilos is too far away to walk at nights for going out to dinner.

Pros: The inside of the hotel was very pretty. The furnishings of the room was as advertised. The room itself was quite nice. The staff was generally friendly and helpful. The pool was nice.
Cons: I have never stayed in a room that loud. It is unconscionable that the hotel charges money to stay in the first floor rooms facing the road. The road is plagued by traffic (cars, trucks, scooters, honking) at high volume 24 hours a day. We were unable to sleep (even with doors shut, AC on, earplugs in - this sound is no joke) and ultimately left as soon as we could find other accommodations, despite having prepaid for 7 days. I would absolutely not recommend to my worst enemy. I have no idea if the other rooms are better but under no circumstances should you agree to stay in a first floor room.

Pros: The room was very spacious. Loved the breakfast. The food and the view were spectacular! There is a lovely beach just 5minute walk down the hill. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Eirini at the front desk helped us to map the whole itinerary for our 2 days stay. Without her we would not be able to see so many sites on Ikaria. Thank you so much Eirini!

Pros: The location was really great for us as we wanted to be near Mesakti beach which is a lovely beach also suitable for surf lessons. The breakfast was also rich and the staff was very friendly. The room was very clean, equipped with TV and air condition. Thank you Ikaos star hotel!

Pros: It was a wonderfully traditional Greek hotel. On an intimate scale, the decor was simple and beautiful. Everything was spotlessly clean. The swimming pool was fantastic. The location was brilliant.
Cons: Nothing. The hotel was perfect and great value for money. Maybe the breakfast was a little overpriced but it was good. No complaints.

Pros: One day was definitely not enough! This place is heavenly quiet and located directly over the forever stretching blue sea! The newly renovated rooms are very comfortable and stylish. From the balcony you see the sunset (and sunrise if you are an early waker). The breakfast has a broad variety and everybody is able to find something for his/her taste! During the day the pool area welcomes you with it's beautiful views and clean and cosy areas. Although I didn't spent much time there, since walking to the beaches takes only 10 minutes. I definitely recommend this place to everybody!

Cons: We asked for only one breakfast the 2 days and we were charged twice each time ( I should have checked On the bill at the end but I did not). Our host was really helpful and very nice but her husband was not always courteous in his way to communicate at the beginning with us to the extent that we felt not welcome.
