Great value, and close to the Army Post. The the staff was wonderful. We had two rooms booked separately and the staff worked to make sure they were together. For an older hotel I was very pleased.
A small thing, but hair dryer in one room did not work, but I forgot to tell the staff.
The staff were helpful and kind! We felt welcome and were accommodated instantly when we needed something.
This hotel need new bedspreads. The bed spreads were clean and appeared to have been freshly through the laundry..
The motel is close to a lot of other businesses like places to eat. It is easily accessable and not hard to find.
The noisiest motel I have ever stayed in. Air conditioner sounds like a jet engine and cars that sound like they have no muffler driving past the busy street right outside my front door made me consider wearing hearing protection to avoid hearing loss.
The staff was wonderful.
The room was very outdated and dingy looking.
It had a pool and closeness to the activity that we needed.
I will never stay again. Tha box springs were exposed and stained horrible. Nasty. On top of that they used do much carpet power to cover up smell I couldn't breathe. The internet didn't work even after they reset modem countless times.
The service we received was great. Whatever we needed they took care of us.
everything was good
Overall Condition odor shabbiness
Overall the staff was friendly and helpful, and the price is the best in town. However, what I liked best about this hotel is the location. If you are there to see military personnel or do something on post, this is a great and central location.
I was with friends and we ended up driving through the night, putting us at the hotel before check-in time, we were hoping to be able to check0in early (and were even willing to pay extra to do so) but were told we could not.
The presence of military staying there. I believe they get a good discount.
It wasn't what we would call a 'hotel' Our room was not clean We would not want to stay there again
Enjoyed stay at hotel, but not enough parking spaces for guests. After six, very difficult to find parking.
On site parking was limited. The room was old but comfortable. Convenient location to the main gate at Ft Knox. Much closer to base than the several hotels in Elizabethtown. Swimming pool was small. With streets on the front and back of the motel there was no room for landscaping.
