Pros (+) Great value for the money... dog friendly.... they let us check in an hour early which helped a lot and also changed our reservation from second floor to first, which with three dogs and crates was fantastic!

Cons (-) Kid at desk online gaming talking loudly into microphone. Prob the owners kid. They obviously live there and at dinner time, you can smell acrid fumes from their Indian cuisine throughout first floor. Mildew around tub. Room had cup of OJ sitting on bathroom counter... guess they didn't clean my room before I got there. Just overall, not s professional outfit.
