Really good choice of food for classic english breakfast The beds had seen better days
Staff really helpful with local information and willing to find out for you Werent told restaurant shut, breakfast choice a bit poor
It was available Shower - poor pressure. WiFi Poor signal in room. TV Channels only restricted list of channels available. Reuqest for receipt three times. Bedcover too small for comfort. Heating in room, 'on' time too restricted.
This hotel is in major need of an update and I do not understand how it still has a 3 star rating.
The room was clean and well aired
Good breakfast The room was noisy - the soil pipe from the rooms above came through our bathroom. Room 5 is not recommended.
Loved the Blues Brothers themed bar! Great film memorabilia and top nosh breakfast to boot. Next time I stay there I really hope to see those two statues of Jake and Elwood Blues!
Quiet at night Reception poorly manned, (family illness) telephone out of order, clock in reception showed 3.15 pm throughout visit. Bed side lamp did not work, alarm clock did not work, tv had only 3 programmes. Blues Boys Restuarant not open, directed many miles to get a meal, through very sleezy part of town. General appearance unkempt.
Seaview of the familyroom, beds were ok, breakfast was excellent and it was very clean. Instead of welcoming the guests the young man wanted the money up front and he made an uninterested impression upon us as guests
Breakfast. Poor quality accomodation, outdated fixtures and fittings, poor quality shared bathroom - despite brochure stating 'all rooms en-suite'. A throwback to the bad old days of British seaside B&B's!
