Haven't stayed at a Holiday Inn in a while and was very impressed! Very clean, friendly staff, and a good breakfast. Would definitely stay here again!

Cons (-) Our checking in was confusing in that our rooms were scheduled for two beds and initially we were given a king sized with a pullout sofa. A staff member was finally able to resolve the problem and he was most helpful. We were scheduled for two nights but our room was not cleaned and the coffee not replenished for our second night. Pros (+) Room was very modern, nicely appointed and had a ton of USB outlets for charging devices. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable.
Cons (-) No hot tub even though one was advertised on the IHG website. Tried to update to a hot tub suite as noted on the OHG website...no such thing. Staff members were at best COLD and UNCARING. I was checked in by a staff member who was on the phone and could not bring himself to even talk to me. Was not thanked or asked how my stay was when I checked out.
