The people were very friendly and the position on the broads was excellent
Nothing not to like
Could benefit from some updating
Owners were most welcoming. Room and particularly the bed was comfortable. Good breakfast.
Location was further out than we were expecting. Ferry Road is an exceedingly long narrow road.
The very warm welcome. The Location. The large comfy beds. Quiet. The breakfast. Sarah and Berend were fantastic hosts. They were able to meet my dietary requirements even though I had not warned them in advance. The breakfast was very good too. The view over the river was just fantastic. The old cinema seat upstairs gives a perfect view to look from out of the window. You can also sit by the river in front of the B&B (with a glass of something if you wish) and just relax. Just down the road (walking distance) is a chain ferry that takes you across the river Yare to the Reedham Ferry Inn (a great pub with fantastic food). The last ferry is 10pm so don't miss it as it is a 30 mile trip by road! We really enjoyed staying here and highly recommend it.
There actually was not anything I did not like but would be nice to have a small radio in the room.
The 2 bedrooms we had were a very good size, beds comfortable, great uninterrupted view from the double bed room of the river. The breakfast was great and our host was very welcoming.
The walk to the bathroom was a bit precarious, particularly in the middle of the night! and minimal amount of soap/shampoo in the shower could be improved upon.
