Pros. I really like that I had a partial view of the ocean from my balcony. I loved that I was steps away from the beach.
Cons. N/A
Pros. Pool, patio and good view!
Cons. It’s like a building you would rent for a prom needs updating.. best part was pool and patio and location is excellent. Outside of that the building needs work and staff needs to do better. I was out to dinner and I get a call that my card on my dash wasn’t there and I might be towed when I was in there private parking lot. Long story short the card was on the dash and whoever was checking cars didn’t do a good enough job and disrupted my dinner with family and friends. We had over 20 reservations in this facility for a baseball tournament and should’ve been accommodated better. Sands across the street is nicer if u wanna spend a few hundred more. Everything is so close so if a decent view isn’t as important then stay somewhere else.
Pros. We loved that we were right on the boardwalk with quick beach access without having the hassle of moving our car the whole trip. The option of the indoor pool was great and the paintings on the wall gave the pool a real under the sea vibe! Really great space that was clean and orderly. The beds were very comfortable and my husband who has back pains didn't complain once! Nice size shower too!
Cons. The price was very expensive for the week we picked, and we would've loved to have had a Continental breakfast included or something special added into the cost. For the additional money we paid, we really couldn't justify what exactly we were getting that we couldn't of gotten at a motel with ocean view. We also had a slight issue with our room having not been made one day, and there was discussion amongst the staff if our sheets were changed since we've been there; it couldn't be confirmed if they were or weren't. That was a little unnerving, but wouldn't prevent me from visiting again.
Pros. Close to beach. Reasonable price. No extras. No kitchen or eating area if you have little ones and don't want to eat every meal out. Great if you are planning on spending most of your time on beach, boardwalk or restaurants.
Cons. If it rains, you are stuck with just your room (bed and bath). No lobby to speak of.
Pros. Proximity to beach, Boardwalk and shops.
Pros. It's closeness to the beach, and it's convenience to downtown. We walked to the restaurants we frequented.
Cons. The water pressure in the shower was low due to the use of a water restrictor in the shower head was the only real negative. The water pressure in the sink, and if you wanted to take a bath, was fine.
