Cons: Draftiness of room, which was at end of corridor, and lack of extra (wool) blankets.

Pros: I loved how it felt like a B&B but had the privacy of a hotel. The decor was dated but it added to the charm for the most part. The fireplace and tub were wonderful and even had candles. The breakfast was decent for a free meal. I would stay again.
Cons: There were a few things like the soap dish & tub that had marks/chips in them but overall, the unit and building was in good shape, just dated a little. The waffle maker gave us trouble at breakfast, & no micro/coffee in the room but the fridge was useful
Pros: The sweet character, the location, the decorations.
Cons: The pillows are lumpy, and the beds need upgrading.
Pros: It was a charming place to stay. We were served a lovely breakfast. The room was very pretty and comfortable
Cons: Wish we had a coffee pot in the room. Breakfast wasn't until 8:00 so we early birds had to wait.
Pros: I loved that the hotel was in it's own quaint village with little shops that was within walking distance. We went to the restaurant Brandywine Prime where we had an excellent dinner. The room had a relaxing and romantic atmosphere. Everything was great!
This is a lovely place to stay when visiting the Brandywine Valley, It is reminiscent of hotels of the past with wonderful new upgrades.
Pros: The quiet and cleanliness as well as the good mattress and pillows which made for a restful night
Cons: Nothing I can think of. Perhaps a bit more imagination could be used in planning the breakfast selections.
Pros: Staff was very accommodating. Beautiful atmosphere. Great breakfast.
Cons: It was hard to find.
We definitely stay again or recommend it to friends and family who need to stay in the area.
Pros: Hotel was friendly, with tea and cookies in the afternoon, and a good breakfast selection in the afternoon. The room was made up upon our return. We found the hotel very quiet and the location was perfect.
Cons: I can't think of anything we didn't like.
Pros: We loved our room, the fireplace and Jacuzzi were delightful. The staff was wonderful. The location was great - very close to everything we wanted to do.

There is truly something for everyone.
The Pennsbury Inn was built in 1714 & for history buffs, it is the place to stay. There is so much to see inside the inn itself & the extensive stroll gardens are peaceful. Note the interior architecture, wide-plank floors, old walls, narrow stairwells, multiple fireplaces in multiple public sitting areas - a step back in time. The four guest rooms keep it intimate and breakfast is very nice. The innkeepers go out of their way to make guests comfortable and to meet unexpected needs of guests.
Pros: Great location - minutes from Longwood Gardens & Kennett Square restaurants, easy drive to Chanticleer Gardens and Winterthur. Stay two nights to see all the gardens. Innkeepers are very helpful and knowledgeable about the area attractions & restaurant.
Pennsbury Inn puts you within a 15-minute drive of Longwood Gardens. Guests will have free perks like WiFi and self parking.
Pros: I liked the amenities in the room , the coffee served was good and the bed was very comfortable. I liked the jet bathtub in the bathroom.
Cons: I didn't like that the room didn't have any Windows to the outside. It only showed Windows to the hallway of the hotel. It was weird because people walking in the hallway could see into our room. The room also had some random stains on the couch and on the wall. I think the room overall was clean but they missed a few spots during cleaning.
Cons: Bedsheets wasn't clean
Pros: Stayed one night on a road trip. Can't beat the location right off the highway. Comfortable bed, great air conditioning, great night's sleep.
Pros: Clean nice rooms
Cons: Pool was dirty. Too many occupants in the pool. Hot tub was broke and dirty
Cons: Only thing wrong was late at night had young females running and Loud in the hallway.
Pros: Wonderful customer service, comfortable and very clean rooms, and an awesome price!
Cons: I loved everything!
Pros: Great location and free shuttle service was nice to and from downtown.
Cons: Pricey on top of $25 cost for parking fee
Pros: Staff was great.. Location convenient except for one of only 2 access roads was covered with 2' of water and closed..
Cons: This hotel sat unfinished for many years as a result of its owners trying to defy local ordinances. When the current owners took over its very apparent that the finishing construction was rushed, and there was little to No attention to detail, or even quality. Our room which was a deluxe suite was very nice and contemporary on first appearance. But stepping into the vast bathroom the lack of ATD, and current maintance was apparent. The ceiling covering the air duct was peeling paint from one side of the room to the other. 75% of the grout around the jacuzzi tub was either missing or falling out and the tiles around the base were falling out.. The toilet paper holder was so far from the toilet that you had to literally get up from the toilet to reach it and I'm 6' tall. We checked in 2 the 2 rooms we had reserved around 7:45pm and neither of our rooms were ready at almost 8 at night. My wife and I headed to the bar for a much needed drink and appetizer. Upon arriving at the lounge, I asked the bartender what she recommended. I was told that the shrimp, tomato, avocado with "garlic and olive oil" (as described on the menu) was " the best thing on the menu". When it arrived it was a bowl of shrimp tomatoe concasse, and diced avacado (way over ripe) drowned in a heavy cheese sauce. There was no.mention of cheese, cream or dairy on the menu, nor by the bartender who reccomended it. This is the Sheraton? Come on..this is simple stuff. I am a professionally trained chef, and have successfully opened and managed over 17 restaurants in my career. This is just basic common sense for a beginner to accurately describe your menu items. What if I or my guest were lactose intolerant? The menu implies something light and fresh, but what you get is the exact opposite. Big thumbs down here. Looking around there is indication, after indication once again that there is little to no care or pride put into maintaining this property. Crown molding all over is not even close to fitting together properly, carpet in common areas is pulling away from walls and stairs, almost every window we saw in the common areas was filthy and covered with hand prints. Just not what I would.consider as standard for a Sheraton, that is fairly new.. I want to be clear that every staff member I interacted with was incredibly polite and accomadating which shows that there is a manger in place with great pride for their staff. I'm guessing based on professional experience that there is non existent ownership in place that requires the staff to operate on a shoestring budget and that puts the margin before all else.
Experience re-imagined style, comfort, and versatility at the Sheraton Wilmington South Hotel. Our front door is adjacent to I-95, and several Fortune 500 companies, historical sites, and shopping hotspots are minutes away. Pros: Extremely clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the staff was very courteous.
The staff was friendly, and it was clean.
Pros: The breakfast was great! It was hot, eggs, juice, pancakes, sausage, and even biscuits and gravy! Also, I like that it lasted until 10 AM. And, they had a crib for my baby, that I really appreciated, since I left the portable one at home.
Cons: My room smelled like a dog. I know this hotel allows for pets, but it should also have a way to air out the rooms after pets have been in them. Thankfully the smell wasn't bad enough for a new room, just musty.
Beds had plenty of pillows, room was a comfortable cool temperature, not freezing cold or too hot or stuffy. I didn't hear the elevator in the morning or people walking by.
Pros: It was easy to find. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Free breakfast in the morning was great as well.
Cons: Its not all to new but its still a good place to stay
Good place to stay if you are 'on the way' either north or south and have to go across the Delaware Memorial Bridge (I295) to get there. Couldn't have been cleaner, quieter, or more convenient. Definitely would stay here again. Staff was helpful with directions and generally pleasant and efficient.
Pros: friendly staff, very clean well furnished room.
Cons: The 'free' breakfast was pretty poor -- food had been out too long and was not at all hot. Biscuits were so dry they were uneatable.
Because we were in unfamiliar territory, we were a little uncomfortable leaving car far from view (a guest room or lobby). Would have liked to have felt a little safer re parking area.
Pros: Staff was very helpful for directions, recommendations, and checking in/out
Cons: They'd run out of pancakes...but apparently it had been a busy holiday weekend, so we understood. Spouse loves pancakes but got over it.

Pros: I found hair in my shower from someone else, bed sheets stained, towels dirty, poor service in restaurants.
Pros: Upgraded for free because kayak booked us a handicapped room when we didn't need one. Staff was nice and place was clean.
Cons: Kinda loud at night and faucet in bathroom dripped all the time.

This lodging facility offers guest laundry service, complimentary parking with space for large vehicles, and guest rooms with cable TV, mini-refrigerator, and microwave.
Pros: The staff is friendly, rooms are clean though spartan (almost military). There are many restaurants nearby and some are 24 hours so if you are working late you can still find food near the hotel
Cons: Pool is closed and the temperature reached 100; staff said pool had been broken for two years. The hotel is next door to an airport though it is now only private planes so relatively quiet.
Pros: The proximity to the airport is a 2 minute walk…which is bad if you like peace and quiet
Cons: The police were already on site when I arrived. Location is not the best and staff was not the friendliest. In the room, there are half size pillows and the beds are fairly uncomfortable

Cons: The rooms were extremely antiquated. The remotes were dirty. The air conditioner was dirty. There was hair found on our bed. If i didn't arrive so late and pre paid, i wouldn't have stayed there at all. Nothing was clean. Hallways reeked of smoke . Horrible
Cons: lack of service
lack of amenities
Cons: Got to this "hotel" at 11:30pm. First I got keys to a room which they also used as storage. After complaining they gave me the keys to a second room. Both beds on the second room had hairs and dirt under the conforter. They told me it was one of the best rooms and if i wanted they could show me other "good rooms". I drove 5 minutes away and paid $25 extra a night and stayed in a Best Western that had free breakfast, a great location and was spotles. Lesson learned. Spend a little more but have a stay in a great place. Do yourself a favor and avoid this super 8.
Pros: The good- the staff definitely works hard. Courteous desk staff. Completely clean, no bugs or evidence of bugs, which is more than what I expected, updated, new-looking linens and decor. The TV has a reasonable channel range, and the bed isn't uncomfortable. Water was fine, hot water available and with decent pressure. We didn't eat at the breakfast provided, so I can't comment on it, but I can say that there is an IHOP pretty nearby.
Cons: There was an odd smell in the room when we first walked in, sort of chemically, but nothing unbearable. I'd rather smell chemical than something sketchy, and soon we didn't notice it at all. There is some noise from the highway, and I don't know if the couple in the room above ours were over exuberant or the walls are just thin, but I was definitely kept up by their activities. There were some repair issues-the toilet was even but its seat was not because it was missing a piece. There were a few other minor repairs needed.
The staff is trying, the hotel is clean and up to date, the price is reasonable, but I wouldn't want to stay here more than one night. I don't know that I'd stop in again. It wasn't bad, it just wasn't great.

Pros: That they knew my disgust was absolutely justified.
Cons: It was absolutely horrible. Gross, smelly, and dirty. The clerk who checked me in was a moron. I had booked 4 nights but could not stay more than one and immediately booked a room across the street at the comfort inn.
Pros: it was inexpensive and centrally located to the places I wanted to visit. Also it was very quiet there.
Cons: There was no ice or drinks in the vending machines.
Pros: The breakfast
Cons: The room was dirty, I asked the cleaning staff for vaccum so I could do it myself. The cleaning staff entered our room without permission when wasn't there and the second day the cleaning staff just walked right in. No knock. Found crack pipe in room.
Pros: This place is terrible..will never stay again..dirty stinks
Cons: very dirty.
Cons: Rooms are dark.
Cons: Pretty much everything, dirty bathroom, dirty sheets, terrible breakfast, sketchy location, outside was beyond overgrown, no hot water
Cons: Lobby; Dark, dingy, coke machine broken.Room: Found men's pants and underwear hanging on back of bathroom door.Breakfast closed at 8:30 while I was there trying to get in.Would not stay there again.
We were at m&m , it was close N met our requirements for our brief stay.
Pros: Close to destination. Staff was friendly, room was good, not spotless and a little dated but a great rate and safe.
Cons: Having half a tank of gas stolen out of my truck the last night we were there.
Pros: It was adequate. Nothing fancy, right off the highway, we just needed a place to crash for the night mid-road trip. The hotel met our needs
Cons: Breakfast was included, which is great and a big part of why we picked it. But, they had a waffle iron, but no batter, which was disappointing.
Pros: Fairly clean, nice staff, had wifi
Cons: There were people hanging around outside late at night, Breakfast was lacking no 1/2 or cream only pitcher of milk for cereal, only orange drink for juice, no protein, beds were very hard and why not queens? Outside doors not locked to building
Wi-Fi not working. Bad breakfast.
Pros: Wi-fi when working and the staff where good.
Cons: Wi-Fi not working. Bad breakfast.
