Pros:The bed was comfy and it was in a nice area.
Cons:Everything about the hotel is OLD it looks like it hasn't been updated in 20 years. The room was dark the walls were dark, the bedspread was dark, we felt like we entered a dungeon. idk how this place is still open with all the other nice options out there for the same price.

Cons:Terrible staff. The reception was bordering rude and entitled starting with the reception, then an old Indian employee was making fun of me and critizing me because a left the room approx 30 mns after 11 for check out, even though I was told that it was k for me to do that. I was on a business conference call ending at 1125 that morning. I felt unwanted and rejected. I noticed that the Indians manage the place as if it is a family business and that it's about themself rather than the costumers. The hotel will loose many clients if the above is not radically changed. I don't think I will ever come back there I go to that area frequently x business and family matters

Cons:My mattress needed replaced. It sunk to the middle bad.
Cons:No power! Couldn't iron clothes or do my hair no electricity, had to go to gas station to fix my hair for a graduation, toilet smell like urine! Sink was clogged! Customer service was not all that!
Pros:Very clean, room was very beautiful, some of the staff was very friendly, restaurant next door was delicious. The hotel is really beautiful. Check in was simple and easy.
Cons:They allowed too many guest to hang out in the lobby.
Pros:Location is right off the highway and close to the major malls
Cons:Exterior looks dirty and low-class; people hanging out in front smoking seemed like junkies and vagrants.
