Cons. The facility was excellent but it clearly needed some TLC. There were many signs of āneeds updatingā throughout the common areas. We would definitely stay here again and would pay more to help cover the updating costs.
Pros. Bathroom had a lot of light. Just wish the room had some of this light. Room and bathroom good size.
Cons. WiFi very bad! Almost unusable. Probably more comfortable beds in prison! No temp. controls in room. Room was very hot! Dirty carpets everywhere. Room was dark even with all lights on.

Cons. I had requested a late checkout when I booked the hotel, and they told me that was possible, but when I checked in, they had no record of my request. I ended up having to pay 25ā¬ to upgrade, which would also get me free breakfast in the morning, and the lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The next day, I got a call at 12:30 telling me that checkout was at 12:00 and that it was 10ā¬ per hour to stay later. I told them I'd already paid for the upgrade last night. They looked around and found it and apologized for the confusion. Then as I checked out, they told me I had to pay 26ā¬ for breakfast. I had to go through the whole thing all over again and show them my receipt before they sorted it out. Rooms were run down. Heat was on one temperature only, and adjusting the thermostat didn't help. I had to open the windows it was so hot. Food was mediocre and over priced. The menus they gave us were old, so the food was actually 5ā¬ more than it even showed on the menu, and it wasn't good. (And they didn't tell us about the price difference until they brought the bill.) This hotel is in no way a 4 star hotel. There are tons of hotels in that area close to CDG. Stay at one of those.
