Very close to cdgval, efficient and clean. Many dining options but basic food. Rooms are very basic.
Ibis is conveniently located near the RER and the CDGVAL, very accessible. It is quiet, rooms are clean and decent price for one night's rest, before heading back home.
Easy, convenient access to Charles de Gaulle airport. Free wifi. Rooms are small but use space efficiently, so there was enough room for everything.
big bed. the room had nice furniture. very nice pool and spa area. room shower smelled mouldy.
Had an amazing time :))) and experience :)) great staff. I had to give a good for location only reason because it is not in city but!!!!! Shuttle leaves Hotel like every 45 min to train station literally 20 min from Main City I would do it all over again with Relais Hotel ! Beds were super comfortable!!! Amazing rooms, clean, pool and facilities amazing!!!!!! Free water in rooms :)))))) shower and bathroom really good!
Original price was honoured by booking com. Good accommodation for the price.
i cant really say as i was there for a few hrs b4 my flight back home to australia...but overall i had a few good hrs sleep well since its close to the airport the noise of the planes were pretty loud
No free internet
Old and dingy. I thought from the reviews and pictures it was new, but the place was pretty rough.
Efficient staff The suite was not 5 star based on the Australian 5 star rating. Note only one robe, fittings in the bathroom need seeing too as well as some varnish
Both dinner and breakfast, particularly the latter, were good. Personally, as a Cordon Bleu and now living in France, I would have preferred something more specialised, not just Steak and Chips however good it was - and it was. I am not sure if it was the hotel to blame or only the driver of the shuttle but I ended up at the wrong terminal and had to walk for 40 mins to get to the right one. May I suggest that certainly the Millenium, maybe all the hotels at Roissy, should keep a list of which airlines fly from which terminals. I was travelling by Air Transat and should have been taken to Terminal 3 not 2a.
The hotel is very convinient to reach from the Airport by using the black bus. it stops right in fornt of the hotel.Nice breakfast.
Shabby room. Waited over an hour to check in. Never received the wake up call I requested. Almost missed my flight.
Staff at front desk very helpful and friendly. Vrey clean nice atomsphere. The hotel shuttle service (Blackline?) is really bad. If travelling with luggage it will be a nightmare for older or infirm persons. It is however free, so can't complain too much.......Nowhere quiet to have a meal.
Hotel functioned well, was clean and reception staff were helpful. Bar was very poor - highly priced and staff not really suited to the role. Communication not their thing.
While the room wasn't the prettiest, the bed, internet, and shower were all fantastic. For my 8 hour visit before an early morning flight, this is what I needed. I wouldn't stay here for the decor! but for a budget place that meets all the essentials near the airport, it's great.
The bartender that night was great. The lady at the front desk when I first checked in was very nice and helpful. The shower was nice. It's close to CDG. I had requested a late checkout when I booked the hotel, and they told me that was possible, but when I checked in, they had no record of my request. I ended up having to pay 25€ to upgrade, which would also get me free breakfast in the morning, and the lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The next day, I got a call at 12:30 telling me that checkout was at 12:00 and that it was 10€ per hour to stay later. I told them I'd already paid for the upgrade last night. They looked around and found it and apologized for the confusion. Then as I checked out, they told me I had to pay 26€ for breakfast. I had to go through the whole thing all over again and show them my receipt before they sorted it out. Rooms were run down. Heat was on one temperature only, and adjusting the thermostat didn't help. I had to open the windows it was so hot. Food was mediocre and over priced. The menus they gave us were old, so the food was actually 5€ more than it even showed on the menu, and it wasn't good. (And they didn't tell us about the price difference until they brought the bill.) This hotel is in no way a 4 star hotel. There are tons of hotels in that area close to CDG. Stay at one of those.
Hands off but fully available approach to customer service. Fully digitally connected as well as humanly connected. The staff is always available and extremely friendly. Fantasic rooms with great digital access on both entertainment and communication/internet. This is in my top ten hotels ever. I have been travelling for over 25 years worldwide. There was nothing I didn't like excecpt maybe the price of the brekfast buffett.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, highly recommended and great price.
very clear, friendly staff, nice rooms shower kind of tiny, no parking space other than paying, not even for the first hour in which people come loaded with luggage and have to choice but to pay for the parking.
Very modern. I loved the lights in the room and the view of the runway. The restaurant/bar was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, this was my favorite place to stay on business so far.
Rooms setup good for the space and the iPad. No snacks and limited food on the buffet along with price being too high for the food you received.
Very modern and clean. Good service and in-room amenities. Free wifi...and easy check-in-check out Walking distance to the Airport price was a little higher
small room, but clean, modern, and convenient location
Brand new Hotel with a very Chic attitude. We didn't stay in paris Long enough. At least 3 nights is needed to get a sense of this Beautiful City.
We really appreciated how clean and functional the room was, a very small micro-studio but designed well with clean countertops, a very clean bathroom, and easy to use controls for blinds/shower/tv etc. The large bed and towels were very comfortable. It was also helpful to have a casual restaurant/bar onsite, we had everything we needed after a long drive to the airport. The computer check-in was new for us and confusing at first, but the attendant was extremely helpful with all of our questions.
Very comfortable living room with easy access to outdoor patio. Perfect for our relaxing drinks Great staff service offer to contact taxi but high priced just to CDG 2 A
been connect to the airport and to the train station
Room was very clean with all of the necessities. Very good location if coming in on SNCF train or on plain. When first arrived was given a room that the guests had not yet checked out of and it had not been cleaned. Hotel quickly gave us another room but we were disturbed we were given a key to someone else's room and had access to their baggage.
nothing The price wat to high and we slept with all the painters in the hallway we had to jump over the paint cans and it smelled. We could not move in the room the beds were to close to each other and that all for $250 / a night.
the hotel was very clean and staff were very helpful and room was the best i stayed in during my week of bussiness
At airport Convenient Breakfast good Carpet dirty Bathroom mildew on tiles Air freshener too strong
Fabulously convenient location--just walk out of hotel and into Charles De Gaulle airport. Elegant decor. A surprisingly delicious dinner in the restaurant with friends. A good breakfast. I think the room as a little hot. I was too tired to try and fiddle with the thermostat so perhaps that was fixable.
A good choice for an overnight stay when leaving CDG on a morning flight. Excellent restaurant
once found (they were still putting the signs up in the terminal, very convenient place to stay. it was surprisingly quiet. stained carpet, small rooms, cant open the windows for fresh air, to the extent that it was a relief to get outside the next morning
Really liked the hotel. Comfortable. Clean. Great staff and "inside" the airport. The shuttle to the airport is right out the hotel. 5 minutes and you're in the terminal 2. The price was a bit high.
When needing being close to the airport it is very convenient.
We stayed at this hotel after returning from Spain, the night before our return flight home. The proximity to Paris CDG airport and the ease of getting to the airport made this the perfect hotel.
Location and price nothing it was all good
We had a 7am international flight. Their first shuttle was 5:15 putting us to airport at wrong terminal at 5:45. Had to take a taxi. Wish i had stayed in paris central. I stayed at an airport hotel for their free shuttle service but ended up taking a taxi...
Decent hotel. Clean, safe, friendly desk clerks, convenient to CDG airport, which is why we booked it. The Golden Tuplib uses 2 twin beds pushed together in lieu of an actual Queen or King sized mattress. This is not as comfortable, due to the seam and rigid area between the beds. This is a common trend in European hotels, and it is lamentable. Have they not heard of larger mattresses? Do they not experience the same discomfort?
The buffet at the hotel's resturaunt was quick, tasty and convenient. We stayed at this hotel only to catch a very early flight. It was very close to the airport. Minor items only like no tea kettle and s shower head that would not stay up.
The staff were really great. And the Room was nice and quiet. Everything was great.
The shuttle from the airport to the hotel pases frequently and is a short ride. The room was great, clean, and spacious. The staff was very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend and would come back.
Clean. Good shuttle service. Close to the airport only takes 10 mins to get there. Space age tablet room control was more of a gimmick than functional
Nice staff, good rate, not fancy but adequate` I asked for a morning wake up call that never came which caused me to almost oversleep and be late for the airport.
The fact that we only had to stay here one night. Gross.
Free wifi. Free airport shuttle. Friendly staff. Near a walkable town/neighborhood. Nothing negative to say. It was a nice overnight rest stop before heading to the CDG airport.
Overall great place to stay. The shuttle was a bit hard to find at CDG - but once located all went well. If you want to use the shuttle - locate where the TGV station on level 5 is - that is where they pick you up. It is a 3 min ride to hotel. Nice pool for the family - a hard thing to find in Paris.
Food was REALLY expensive but we didn't have choice. 2 burgers 2 coke 59 euros. And it took for ever to get that to the bar Close to the airport
Great location. The airport train station is very nearby and that's probably the best way to get there unless you have a lot of luggage, in which case there is also a free shuttle. The room was nice and the bed was comfy. The restaurant had a very limited menu and all of the food was very overpriced. Also, there was no hot tub.
Great location next to airport for last night in Paris. We always stay at the Hilton to ease the logistics of returning home in the US.
No internet in The room and no water to drink
Enjoyed the Executive Lounge and room size. Shame that there is no shuttle to Terminal 3. I know the terminal is close, but my 80 year old mother had a difficult time getting from the hotel to Terminal 3.
Nice room and bathroom. It was nice staying there before an early flight. They had a shuttle that took us to the airport. We enjoyed a bottle of wine in the bar. Nothing
Great convenient location to CDG train station and Roissy airport. Room good size, clean and bed comfortable Nice, quiet and relaxed atmosphere Toilet tank made strange noises every 20 minutes or so ALL night.. Water temperature in shower fluctuates between cool and warm and cannot be regulated. Water pressure weak in shower Strange display - amenities "missing" in bathroom - sewing kit box is empty, Q-tips and shoe shine cloth just sat on tray without boxes... Executive Lounge food needs improvement.
Easy access to terminal 1 & 2 None.
Hotel is excellent in all aspects no free wifi in the rooms. free airport shutlle need to be run to every terminal
The hotel is easily accessible from the RER CDG terminal 1-3 (second to last on the RER B)...it's so close you can actually use the luggage carts in the terminal to push your suitcases (and kids) to hotel. There is also usually a stockpile of a half-dozen carts just outside the hotel on the way to the station from other travellers who figured this out. The airport and hotel are in zone 5 of the metro, so if you get a day pass that includes zone 5 you're all set for a day trip into the city on the RER (30-50 minutes depending on the train and destination). The hotel breakfast was rather pricy, and you can get cheap pastries and coffee in the RER station for the whole family for the price of one breakfast. There is a hotel shuttle that picks up at the 5th floor of RER terminal 2...which has a number of logitical issues: 1) If you have a cart, you need to use the elevators...which usually have too many people waiting for them while they service the floors you're not on. 2) if you are being dropped off by the shuttle, don't expect carts to be available on the 5th floor. I had to go down the stairs to get a cart on the 4th floor, then carried it up to the 5th floor, loaded up several bags, waited 10 minutes for the elevator, then decided it would be faster to carry the bags down to the 4th floor and reload there. It was faster than waiting for the elevator on the 5th floor. 3) the shuttle can only hold a certain number of people, and even if it runs every 15-20 minutes, it's possible during peak times that you might have to wait for a third shuttle.
Beautiful hotel closest to the airport.
Nothing special It is located not at the terminal but in 15-20 minnutes away by shuttle bus. It is not clearly mentioned that actually there are 3 different Novotels there and you need to carefully check which one is the right one.
Clean no-smoking room, comfortable bed Having to pay for the shuttle to fair ground maison&object
the room was very good. (soffa and bed) it is the kind of room that can be used as an office out of office for a couple of days The internet connection (wirless by orange) did not work on my mobile device.
Friendly, helpful staff, comfortable room, convenient to airport. Loved being able to walk to the little village for dinner.
Nice room, very friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely return!
Shuttle bus driver was very helpful. Attractive lobby. Business type hotels are sometimes not particularly friendly to the ordinary traveller. This was the case at this hotel. Internet access cost 5 Euros for 15 minutes ( in the lobby) Many hotels I find give this as a free service now. Room was clean but not exceptional.
easy to live even with a 21 month baby The service maid is knocking at the door at 9 am, we were sleeping, they should check before if the people are at the breakfast or not. The shuttle system is very poor, why don't you stop at CDG 2B ? long run on foot through CDG
The hotel was extremely comfortable, we especially appreciated the 'Wellbeing Centre' - gym, pool, sauna, steam room, etc. It was a great way to end a four week Eropean tour and prepare for 24 hours travel to Australia. As we were checking in, the desk clerk efficiently offered information about our departing flight the following morning (ours was an overnight stay in preparation for an international flight). She confirmed the terminal for us and that the flight was on time. While the airport shuttle bus isn't specifically the hotel's responsibility, the route it takes is rediculous if one seeks terminal one. We spent over 50 minutes on the bus and even began picking up new passengers and returned to a stop immediately beside the hotel before getting to terminal one. The desk staff should be encouraged to advise guests heading for terminal one that the route is impractical and that they should either use a differnt shuttle bus (if an alternative exists), or take a cab. The actual distance from the hotel was under ten minutes, but we took over 50 minutes on the bus - and were late for our flight as a result.
Location provided goos access to CDG airport, hotel was clean, modern and with good services; front desk staff were pleasant and efficient
A nice evening meal at a reasonable cost Price of beer in the restaurant was rather expensive
The closeness to CDG, which made our start on Saturday am so much less stressful. When we checked into the room, there was no coffee, no sugar, no milk available for us to make a drink. There was only 1 set of towels visible, the others were in the wardrobe, but had not seen these.
Proximity to airport. Great place to stay if you have an early morning flight. The service in the restaurant was painfully slow, and the food was not worth the wait.
The hotel was fantastic, having extremely comfortable and relaxing rooms. There was a very nice tub and shower, with a very plush bed. The facilities were also fantastic, with a nice pool area. The bar is directly downstairs as well, where you can have them uncork you a bottle and enjoy it in the comfort of your room. What a great refresher on a long trip! Probably the best hotel I've ever stayed at. Nothing.
Very nice service in the Hotel I had a old room with bad wallpaper and a very used bathroom.
All of the staff were very welcoming & helpful. Especially Sandrine @ the front desk who was nice enough to upgrade our room & give us a late checkout! All the other staff were equally accomadating. The hotel was clean quiet & well maintained, it was a nice preflight stay.
staff was not very competent food was expensive and mediocre
Transport to the airport, great beds
Comfortable bed and shuttle service to the airport. The room was very small, difficult to move about with four pieces of luggage.
The free shuttle bus to the tgv station I felt the staff could have been more friendly
Only its location It was very overpriced. It was also a very poor quality room and very small. We have stayed in much nicer rooms for 1/3 the cost.
You don't hear one sound there, not from outside, nor from hotel inside. It was great for rest.
The general atmosphere of the hotel was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. The food at the restaurant was excellent and prompt to arrive. My sister and I wanted to eat breakfast at the bar in the hotel (since breakfast was listed on the menu as a possibility) but it was strangely not open and we had to find food somewhere else. Otherwise, there was nothing we didn't like.
After a long drive I stayed for one hour in the Sauna witch was very good. It was a pitty that the drinking water in the Gym was empty.
The food at dinner time was very bad and poor and the breakfast was also not the best one.
Good shower Hotel did not receive notice from Booking.com with my reservation until late in the day of my arrival. Promised shuttle to cdg airport (every 15 minutes to af terminal) did not come between 7:40 am and 8am, causing others to miss their flights.
Rooms were warm and comfortable. Proximity to CDG was perfect. The restaurant was surprisingly excellent! The price of breakfast was too high. We instead went to the local McDonalds.
Tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Also thef friendly, relaxed atmosphere in the bar.
Convenient for early morning flight. Modern bright hotel. Large bedroom
Shuttel bus to exhibition ground. Very bad language skills in the restaurant and you shall not expect to receive what you think was ordered. The shuttel bus driver could not speak english and sometimes the route is different which can be a serius problem when not told.
Professional service and good facilities + convenient location Old restroom
practical, good basic room
Ease and convenience to CDG airport. Good restaurant. Pillows were too small and soft.
The room was large, comfortable, immaculate, and very beautiful. I would stay there again because of the beauty and size of the room and the underground parking was a "godsend" because we were exhausted and had to repack all our luggage and it was pouring rain. There was only one coffee packet in the room and the hotel DID NOT!! have anymore. Not good when you have to get up at 6 am after a 2 week vacation driving all over France. Unfortunately, we only left the maid 2 euros because we felt it was her responsibility, however a female staff member was not at all helpful in trying to find us another coffee. Couldn't they get one from another room? We were very upset about this, and frankly, I don't know if my husband would stay at the hotel again because of this.
lovely room and bathroom facilities; quiet; near village centre; free internet no cups, plates, glasses or cultery for snacks or own food
location No resturant, no free wifi
It seemed efficient
Location is close to airport and exhibition center. Parking possibility with security. Breakfast: only some fresh croissants. For the rest some sandwiches in plastic pots (quality very poor). On top there is not enough space (tables and chairs) for the breakfast. Empty minibar in the room. Bad smell at toilet. Television not functioning. Empty soap not refilled.
closnest to airport
the shuttle service, the free internet ,the rooms decor etc were great
The hotel is located conveniently to Paris CDG. The hotel is comfortable and the prices are reasonable. The shuttle to the airport runs on time. The value for the money is very good.
healthy foods, new clean big and stylish suits, free movies , 15Euros with taxi to Exhibition Center, lovely staff, well equipped fitness room, what else to be! oh may be a a sauna! it may not be the right choice for people want to enjoy Paris but definitely good for Villepinte Exhibition Center related stays.
Comfort of the room
Nothing absolutely nothing the service was poor TV and internet did not work and staff at front desk was aatrocious. See above
Modern and clran.
clean, excelent, good breakfast
easy access to airport and free transfer no resturant
Spacious and nice layout, equiped with microwave. Very clean and quiet. Hard to get a live receptionist thru the phone.
The staff were friendly and helpful, the room large and clean. Free shuttle bus to CDG, You can then get a train or bus into Paris. I didn't realise before booking there wasn't a dining room? I wasn't expecting to have to go eat somewhere else. There are 2 other places to eat and the food was good.
concept and design, I like it. flatiron, hope there is one.
The staff at this hotel is the worst I have ever seen,
rooms, staff, very far from city center, no transportation access near it,
the room was overheated and the staff wouldn't care and they were rude.
the design of the room , the Staff was mostly unkind, very unprofessional , Brakfest was the whorse i have ever seen !
The bed, size of the room, the executive lounge, restaurant and the breakfast. internet should be free at least for gold and platinum members
Lovely room, excellent bed and bedding- luxurious.
Convenient close to CDG although you sometime have to wait for the shuttle, which is supposed to come every 20' Lobby bar; lively and with good food
Location close to Paris CDG Airport Hotel rooms, particularly the bathrooms need refreshing. Windows are inadequate for a hotel close to an airport (soundproof insufficient). Price of wine glasses too expensive.
That it was near the airporti in a City I did not want to visit due to lack of time and that I had free transportation to the hotel and back to the airport The personnel at reception were great. The personnel at the restaurant were not so great. And unfortunately I was coming back from Portugal where the prioces were a lot lower and the personnel was so kind that the difference was too notorious.
The shuttle bus do not go to each terminal of the airport, it goes to the tgv station and from there we have to walk a lot (very hard, specially when we have many bags).
Convenience to the airport and the great shuttle service. Enjoyed and early dinner and the buffet breakfast before our flight out Tuesday morning. No
Helpful staff, well maintained, great breakfast. You must pay to use the computers to get online.
Size and cleanliness of the room
Close to the airport, shuttle was convenient and free to the terminal.
Being nickel and dime for internet. 9 Euro extra if you did not book through Marriot.
The friendly greeting, comfortable room, excellent breakfast.
I find this Best Western Paris cdg Airport to be pitiful and awful. The staff did not care. They did not know any of the simple questions. They had no authorities to resolve issues. Most of all, they did not care how the hotel guests felt about their stay.I Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Nor would I ever want to stay at this hotel again.
it is close to the airport and has the service of "Airport Shuttle". It also has free wifi, which is great!
Close to airport. Comfortable room. Good value for money.
Not even close on what I pay and I recieved back!!! Did not have any soap at my room, the bathroom was dirt
Very clean room. Good place to access the airport with the free shuttle bus. Hated the drainage of the bath. Couldn't get the internet access.
clean comfortable room very cool remote staff--felt like they were doing us a favor
Rooms were spacious and very clean. Well appointed. Dining Room did not start serving dinner until 7 PM. Hard to get up for an early AM flight eating that late. A few sandwich selections in pub but did not find them especially interesting. Tried the smoked salmon and it was probably the messiest sandwich I have ever eaten. Insides kept falling out of bread and dressing ran down my wrists. Would never order again.
The hotel is close to the airport, which makes it perfect for those traveling early in the morning. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The location is only good if you're planing on staying a night or two, not good for those who wish to visit Paris.
The staff are very friendly and helpfull. Most spoke good english The restaurant menu was very limited although food was very good Breakfast selection and quality was very poor
convenient for exhibition center prices doubled during exhibition 2 x nights 281€
the staff was friendly and helpful wake up call was pitiful and I almost didn't hear it. Although I didn't pick up phone (it is located by the window and I didn't get there in time to answer), it never call back!
the staff was really nice and Professional. the restaurant was able to serve dish up to 23.00. the room was close to lift engine and it was impossible to sleep before 00h00. a dessert dedicated for diabetics would be appreciated.
The price No convenient transfer service to the airport on sunday. Shuttle onlyu every 90 minutes!!
Nothing The bed was horrible. Pillows and matresses were horrible.
The location near the airport; the availablity of shutles from and to the airport ; the free internet ; in general it is a good hotle for few hours transit or one night stand the room is too small ; the rooms are very basic
Great location. Next to super shopping centre. Room is very small.
Was just quick staying.. wasn´t bad
Fee for airport shuttle No hand lotion
near airport no iron in bedroom
When I checked out and Knew I would not have to return Room, Decor, service, Food Resaurant, and Prices
Friendlyness of staff Internet did not work from check-in at 18:00 on day 1 untill check out at 11:00 on day 2.....although several promisses were made it would be fixed in "no time"....
The air-conditioning was not working & it was not comfortable to sleep in the heat. The hotel was sold out & we were offered to stay in the hot room with a fan that the staff could provide as they could not fix the air-conditioner late at night. Not happy!
Breakfast and bar area was so nice too small swimming pool
Everyone was so very very attentive, the rooms were perfect in every way. I wish there was a place I could of purchased personal items, I needed.
Location >Substantial black mildew in the bathroom >The room is basically empty; other than a bed, a desk and a TV. There was no drinking water, no water boiler, let along any supply of coffee. There was not even a garbage can in the bathroom (only one for the entire room) >The bottle water was sold at 5 Euro each.
The room was comfortableeble and the service by the stuff was good. The hotel provided limited shuttle bas starting at 6:00 and we have an early flight at 7:00 and had to take a taxi. We requested early shuttle bas at 4:00 am in our hotel order but were not informed it is not going to happen. If we knew there would not be a shuttle bas at 4:00 we would have cancelled the order. The restaurant opened at 19:00 for dinner and we had to wait hungry. The bar could provide the same food but it was noisy and we gave up as the waiters did not come for a long time.
Staff was very friendly and all spoke English. Everything was clean and the staff has clearly been well trained for hosting business travelers and making people feel comfortable and properly accommodated. Service & restaurant charges were expensive even for location and level of hotel. Business center is equipped with old and slow equipment -- especially the printers.
Very nice airy, open lobby and bar area that made it quite pleasant to sit down and unwind at the end of the day. The staff at the bar were very friendly and helpful. Delay at check out, due to only 2 individuals at the desk and 2 customers who apparently did not have straight forward check out and required a lot of time.
room is clean, comfortable. staffs are friendly and nice. It is really hard to find the shuttle bus at the airport. The shower is the only thing not good in the room, the bathtub is dangerous to stand in.
Convenience for the Charles de Gaulle airport and ongoing flights. Good shuttle service. Well sound-proofed. Pretty impersonal - everyone was polite, but we didn`t get the impression that people liked working there.
This building is a joke. Each room has its own thermostat but they are just for show. It is "one temperature fits all" but the building is inconsistent. Some rooms much hotter/colder than others. No openable windows either. End result, miserable sleep. For those who like sleep cool with fresh air, find another place. Great gym though and food is decent too.
Shuttle bus pick up from airport & easy public transport to & from exhibition centre Mini bar didn't work
Very friendly staff
No bar, no restaurant, no minibar, just some vending machines selling old sandwiches and soft drinks. Had to walk through rain and cold to a 'nearby' Marriott to get dinner :( Understaffed, just two persons at reception, who failed to record my order for a taxi the next morning, almost missed my flight. (There us a shuttle bus, but it goes first to other hotels and thereafter not to all terminals, would have taken ages to get to my 7am flight (and the taxi cost almost Euro 20 for the 3km (if direct) distance. Never again! Not a real 4 star hotel!
The front desk staff were courteous n helpful. The room was spacious, clean and the small kitchen was very useful (even comes with dishwashing machine). Free Internet access is a plus point. The only thing we dislike about the room is the hanging picture of a woman's face (i suppose is some art) which is so huge it covers the entire wall and it is not appealing at all when we have to face it right next to the bed. Complete turn off and uncomfortable to sleep in that bedroom.
I like the cleanliness of the room. The room was modern. Very friendly and considerate staff/service. The shuttle service to/from the other hotel. Free internet. There's no restaurant only vending machine. No tourist service.
good room, very friendly staff breakfast too expensive, room too cold
willingness of the staff knowledge of the staff. It is evidently very new and they are learning
France what do you expect ...
very spacious rooms, good value for money , free shuttle to airport - 20 min, confortable beds
Very spacious, well equipped appartment in this new hotel.
Two bedrooms apart No curtain on the shower
Room was spacious and clean, bed very comfortable. Location right of terminal 1-3 so no need for hotel shuttle. Breakfast was included in the room proce and it contained everything from croissants to cold cuts, muesli, yogurt, good coffee and fresh orange juice - all except hot plates. Everything was very fresh amd tasty. Hotel is either understaffed or people working there are don't know what they are doing/ bad management...? Two nights we stayed there downstairs was overloaded with guests waiting to be checked...checking in was taking forever. Because we had two bookings we had to validate our key after the first night (found out about it when we got to our 9th floor to get back again). Breakfast...like stated in positives was fresh and rich but completely disorganized. The eating area looked like wild bulls just ran through it... there were trays with dirty dishes everywhere: tables, chairs, dish carts...even on the FLOOR- never seen anything like it. I even recorded a video - because no one would believe me... Staff was wondering around all this mess worried more about crumbs on the table...that view was shocking. Overall very mixed feeling about our stay
Staff helpful. Had scale to weigh valises in lobby. Not a good food choice. I believe I booked for the other Hotel Mercure at the airport, but was booked into second hotel. Very difficult finding the place.
The free shuttle service, the large comfortable and clean rooms, and the fresh squeeze orange juice machine at breakfast The morning staff at reception could be a little more friendly, and a smile wouldn't hurt. When we asked about the time schedule for the shuttle bus the man at reception behaved as though we were annoying him.
Very polite staff at front desk. Room very nicely appointed and clean. Convenient shuttle to airport every 15 minutes. Perfect for staying near the airport. A step up in quality for the price.
The transport from hotel to airport and return are good and convinence. Big room and very confort
Unclear how to get there from CDG terminal. there are 2 Mercure's at the airport and the same shuttle does not take you to both. Also, where to get the shuttle is difficult to identify - but that is the airport's problem.
calm, very helpful staff, airport shuttle for 15 minutes, easy to go to airport. Don't have slippers, the shower bath overflows.
Personal (staff). Close to airport. Food. Price
Luggage scale in the lobby Refrigerator in the room Couldn't find a place for a work session for 4 people (table, place to plug in the laptops).
Staff and location Need to work on bathroom cleanliness
The size of the room, the amenities like a hair dryer and the quality of the breakfast. I found the front desk staff to be indifferent about helping with my questions about where to find a petrol station.
We sprung for the suite with a separate sitting room, and that was quite comfortable. The facilities were good, including a small fridge in the bedroom. They have a shuttle to the airport but NOT TO TERMINAL 1 (which is the terminal for most flights for US flagged carriers). Because we had a lot of luggage we ended up taking a cab to the airport because we didn't want to have to go to Terminal 3 and then transfer to the airport train to Terminal 1. Also, there are 3 Mercures around CDG and it is often not clear which shuttle to take.
I have stayed at several of the CdG airport hotels. This one had, by far, the best value for money and the nicest staff.
