Value for money is great. The staff very helpful. Access with pink line bus fantastic.

Rooms too small and outdated. Bathrooms very small, but adequate same for space around the bed. Staff dont speak English very well. No facilities at all. Very dirty rooms. Very poor breakfast. Very very uncomfortable rooms. Dirty bedsheets and pillows. 100euro per night definitely not worth it at all.

Daily housekeeping, physical distancing in dining areas, property is cleaned by professional cleaning companies, first-aid kit, hand sanitizer in guest accommodation and key areas, parking, airport shuttle (surcharge), private parking, shuttle service (additional charge), free Wi-Fi, internet, flat-screen TV, desk, shower, toilet, towels, air-conditioned rooms, and more.

The high season is in April.

The shuttle is booked online and paid (5 euros per person). At the time of the booking, it says it is a cab (=taxi) where a person expects it to be a private car. When my family arrived at the reception at the exact time of the booking, the cab/shuttle had already left. Nobody explained it was a running shuttle with a specific time scheduled. This makes no sense as multiple times are available for booking on the website. In the end, I had to book a taxi and pay for another 25 euros.

Several guests mentioned that the views from the rooms were spectacular. Opting for a room with a balcony facing the fountain comes highly recommended.
