The rooms were very clean. Staff were amazing, so happy to help! Air con worked well. The Coffee in the Morning was exactly how I like it. Location was very close to the metro and not far from Roma Termini. Close to the station clean room Helpful staff. Efficient check in Room 11 in back quiet off street. Remo was friendly and helpful. The location is excellent. Clean, worth the low price. Hotel located at the 3rd and 4th floor of the building. Very nice location, almost 30 min by foot from city centre and right next to castro metro station and 10min walk from roma termini. The room was clean. Lovely staff very accommodating. Great room with everything you need. Very clean, good location, the host senior Remo is the best. Location was exceptional. Walking distance to Rome Termini. The property was very close to amenities and a short walk from a lot of the major attractions. The place is near to termini station. Easy to walk to main attractions but there’s a metro close by too. Friendly manager who spoke some English so that was nice. Walking distance to all rome Quiet street. Lots of towels Reletively clean room. No toilet inside room. Bathroom is so small. No option for coffee during our stay, a small kettle and cups with coffee would have been nice. Cold shower We shower in evening and no hot water in shower Bathroom door does not latch..so hard to be private when in toilet. It was little bit dusty. It’s not clean enough and old also it’s not easy to reach. I have noticed that the pilows in Italian hotels are very hard. Albergo Sandra isn't an exception. I am not keen on eating sweet pastery for breakfast, but I suppose that Italians do have. Coffee was very good. Thank you. Noise outside. Could hear a little bit of outside traffic. Private bathroom is really small and no picture shows it while booking the property. Shower is literally next to the toilet. When you want to shower the entire bathroom gets wet. The pressure is also really bas and you have to wait 5-10 mins for hot water. Wifi was practically non existing, connection couldn’t last more the few mins and then it cannot even be found. The elevator is pretty small, max 2 persons can fit and it doesn’t go to 3rd floor where our room was (room 12). For breakfast you get one bun, one small pack of jam and one small pack of butter with some coffee. It was also late 15min one day. The elevator was great, as I have some difficulty with stairs; but the elevator did not stop on our floor. I had to go up a floor and walk down one floor. -attitudes of host. Everything fine. Breakfast was soon cheap. Haven't got any major complaints but location is not very central and it would have been nicer if a private bathroom had been available (but was alleviated by the fact that we had a shower cubicle in the room). the rooms could be way better than they are. the so called breakfast was the worst I have ever had in my life. •rude staff and no helpful at all (reception empty 24/7 and you don’t even know where can you find them when you need anything) •elevator not working •very poor breakfast. no kitchen facilities, no kettle in the room, no TV, quite noisy at night. The Hotel us hard to find as the entrance sign us very small and can be easily missed. our room didn’t have a tv, but that’s no big deal when you don’t understand Italian.

The hotel offers a minibar. The breakfast service was very limited. The breakfast was a joke. We were offerred coffee (they did not hace capuccino) & one bun each with a packet of butter. Nothing else, not even some ham or cheese to go with the break, just one small bun each.
