It's a short walk (15 minutes walking slow dragging a suitcase) to the Termini. It is in a very quiet part of Rome with a few nice authentic places to eat and shops around. Francesco checked us in and was very helpful explaining the metro and bus routes and all our questions. They had a nice basic breakfast in the mornings. It is just a condo with three rooms and a kitchen area at the front. There are also pay phones on almost every corner if you look in case you don't want to use your phone. Make sure you tell them when you will arrive so they can meet you there.
We could see out our window due to metal slats. There is no sign for the B and B, we had to ask a server at the restaurant next door who was very nice and helped us find the condo door and # and showed us how to use the buzzer to call the Cadorna hotel. We had never used anything like this... The hotel is staffed a limited amount of time during the morning. But you can always call... Make sure you have a detailed map how to get there prior to leaving the termini, it is on a small side street.
