Our stay at the romanico
The staff was great, the location put us in walking distance of transportation
The elevator situation left a lot to be desired, held 4 on one and six on the other. To get to our room required two elevators for room 235 on the first floor. From outside our room the stairs could not be used, alarmed. The restraunt was on the 7 th floor did not open until 7 am, we had to leave at 7:30. There were 4 tour groups in at the same time next to impossible to get to the restaurant by elevator , required walking up 7 floors.the large number of people had to wait in the landing, very small . Only one key, inconvenient Would not return if we had another choice. Even with a provided breakfast we needed to go outside to meet our schedule, largely due to time slots at the Vatican.
The service at the breakfast was excellent
The room was too small for the money that we gave.
Everyone was happy and polite and always very helpful. It was a great location, not far from the main sites of Rome. The staff gave some great information on places to go.
The breakfast selection was very good
No complimentary coffee/tea in room, and no complimentary transport to and from the airport which we thought was expensive.
The breakfast experience was excellent
