Pros: From the location, to cleanliness, to customer service. I will give this hotel 12 out of 10! I feel safe as it is a secured building and the front desk was so welcoming and willing to help us. The room was clean and within walking distance everywhere
Cons: Nothing at all, besides the modern looking toilet seat is quite uncomfortable... it's a square shape toilet....

Pros: My bed was quite comfortable and I liked the close proximity to the Piazza Navona. The staff, when available, were always very friendly and helpful. The room was exceptionally clean and well appointed (beautiful view of the Chiesa Gesu and furniture)
Cons: For the price, it would have been nice to have a 24 hour desk. It was a tad difficult to find from the street and access to the elevator for check-in was limited. The walls between rooms were thin. My room was close to the reception so could get noisy.
