The staff was nice and made our stay great. The hotel is clean and quite. The Bar on the roof is lovely, and it’s worth a visit or two. The view and the drinks are really good.
A comfortable room not too far from Trastevere Station with good bus and tram links. Having especially booked this hotel because it had a Spa, we were a bit peeved to be told that we had to book for exclusive use only which was going to be €85 for 1 1/4hr for the pair of us. HOWEVER, we decided to give it a go and opted for the middle of the three spa rooms which was €95. It was AMAZING a great big pool, sauna, steam, ice shower, mini bar, loads of different jets and jacuzzis, and Spotify plumed in to the sound system; all to ourselves. Pure luxury worth every penny and some welcome relaxation after miles of walking around Rome. Staff were helpful, there was a welcome ‘breakfast’ of coffee and a pastry on the first morning. Not particularly central but fine if you don’t mind walking (trams and buses right outside too), loads of restaurants and bars nearby in the Trastevere district.
Given the city we were in, it’s not a great spot. On a main road in an fairly unattractive immediate area (not helped by building work opposite), much nicer inside than the first impression outside, dirty weather beaten flags etc. Spa robes weren’t delivered as promised, tea and coffee not topped up, and the bathroom light failed - minor gripes but all were fixed immediately when bought to staff’s attention.
The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The rooftop bar and staff were amazing. The breakfast staff were wonderful also!
Our room was a bit small but it was comfortable.
Location is great. Staff is very helpful and pleasant
This hotel was a great value in Rome. We really enjoyed the pillow customization and using the spa. It was so relaxing after a long day of walking In Rome to unwind in the Mayan Spa.
I would have liked to just be able to order coffee without the breakfast but the staff was nice about it
