It was quite clean, staff were helpful
Too basic. Breakfast was a joke. Noisy internally. Rooms cold. Toiletries included was hand wash and toilet roll only. No tea and coffee facilities in the rooms. Mould on walls in rooms
the breakfast was too small and we had to pay a euro each if we wanted a second cup of coffee .
more help right from the airport , better instructions for people who are arriving in Italy on holiday for the first time and who don't speak Italian. We took the train from the airport to Pigneto. We were able to walk with backpacks but even though close could not find Villa Lanusei . It was evening and finally with the help of a store owner we were able to get a taxi to take us the one block to Villa Lanusei.
very loud outside. Couldn't sleep
Close to Logi metro station, easy to reach. Its located on a calm place out of city centre, but all the historical sites are easy to reach (there is a tram no. 19 that goes directly to Vatican / Ottaviano or bus 85 going to Colosseum, Piazza Venezia and Trevi - both maybe faster than metro). Breakfast was basic but nice and coffee was delicious. You can enjoy your time in garden, but be aware of mosquitos :))
The owner is very kind
Please, please please don't book this place. Is a disaster...staff don't speak any language except Italian. NO AIRCON 38 degrees....filthy bathroom...very small room for a family of four...very poor breakfast and service...one croissant and a coffee each...and no substitute for my daughter that can't eat wheat...just asked for jam and butter to put on her bread but they said no...I saw everyone despite booking with breakfast , getting their breakfast from outside...what a disappointing place...only the property owner that was so nice and kind to us ...thank you
