The room was very clean all the time. The staff was friendly and nice but not always around.
perfect cheap little hotel, no problems, good hotel if your in the city for a few days
would be nice to have had a little fridge in the room.
they did check me out a day before the check out date and put my luggage in the lobby. no light bulbs in the bathroom. the bed was uncomfortable and really small... could never get the shower temperature right it's always either too hot or too cold... I don't recommend this hotel to anyone it is the worth hotel experience i've ever had in my life
large room with balcony, clean tiled floor throughout, clean bathroom, good shower. short walk from termini station.staff friendly enough.
tiniest lift i've ever seen, bit dirty. had to leave key at reception upon leaving hotel room every morning, could not get back in hotel if too early as hotel is secure and no one at reception at that time.airconditioning at extra cost, tv at extra cost? no fridge or coffee. very noisy outside downstairs!!!
it was near the termini
we stayed in rome near termini, exterior shabby, once we opened the door it was scarry inside, and dirty, very poor lift no room for us and our luggage.
he hotel is very close to all important sights and the centre of rome, the stuff was very kind as well
the lift was very, very small
I enjoyed the hotel very much. The location was good, once you figured out how to use public transit. I am fairly strong, so the regular 3 flights up to reception plus 2 more to my room didn't bug me. The flights of stairs and very tiny elevator would not make this hotel a good choice in my opinion for the elderly with large suitcases, or young families with small children (needing strollers). For middle age couple with no kids, it's perfect. Rare for Europe, once you shut the windows, it was EXTREMELY QUIET!! The reviews of the site mentioned safety concerns at night, but my wife and I were up and about every night until about midnight or so, and thought the place was very safe. There are restaurants below, the streets are well lit, and gypsies don't hang out near it - the pickpocketing was visibly happening in the tourist hot spots and also when you boarded buses, never saw it near the hotel. The hotel staff manning the reception desk are absolutely fantastic. Top notch! The room was kept immaculate, every day.
Perfect location 4 minutes from Termini train/metro station, this is directly in the centre of Rome. Staff is friendly, they advice, call taxi. We left baggage in reception for the whole day after checkout, this was no problem and a great service for us.
Hotel is on 3rd floor, very small lift (smallest we've ever seen), very awkward to get in and out with a stroller or large suitcase, for our family of three we needed at least two rides with the lift to go up to the hotel. Price is quite high, but this is the centre of Rome. Even though the street Via de Mille looks like a quiet area, it gets very noisy during the night, there is a lot of traffic during night. No fridge in the room, no microwave in the hotel, we needed to sterilize baby bottles and had to do it in the bar downstairs or at Termini station. No crib for baby available, so our toddler couldn't be left alone even for a moment.
