Food was very good. The sightseeing tour was awfull, to many guests were attending it. Should be free of charge. Plus there is only 2 kinds of beer available in the hotel which is pretty strange.
swimming pool is great !!! very small room !!! We have asked for a room with a view on lake and have received claustrophobic room instead
We have liked the interior design, the idea, the whole atmosphere and the facilities - the swimming pool, the restaurant etc. the night club is poor and closing too early. its not easy to find a way in the castle. the "road" information is not good
although we've asked for a double bed, we had a room with two beds not only separated by a night desk, but in two different parts of the room.
The beautiful castle and attractive region in which the hotel is situated The small rooms (at least the one in which we stayed)
Bathroom was very large and clean. The room was the tiniest ever. We could not fit with our luggages. For that price we expected a better room.
Very quiet. Very pleasant view of lake from both the room and dining patio. Very attractive surroundings and settings.
Helpfull staff. Nice rooms and good breakfast.
Location. hotel stuff
Fantastic place near lake
Very friendly staff, easy to find, Ashort drive away from the city centre
The staff was very kind and helpful. WiFi was available only at the desk and we could not connect at any other point of the room. No wired Internet access.
the location. the last hotel on the promenade. most rooms with lake view. Mrągowo accessible within 30 minutes walk around the lake or 5 minutes by car. ideal place for relax yet not in a remote part of the Mazury. 2 stars rooms standard but clean and acceptable. the separations on the balconies are transparent and thin. if your neighbour talks on the balcony till late night you must join him with your own beer or close window to be able to sleep ;-)
Lake neighbour, green area, sauna presence, parking lot not all rooms have internet access in spite of the ads. Breakfast to 10 might be too early finished. Not variable menu.
The hotel is nicely situated in green surroundings at a lake. The clean rooms are ensuite and have all balconies overlooking the lake. The restaurant offers very decent Polish cuisine for fair prices. The staff is very helpfull.
Hotel has good signing when you come into the town. Hotel has its own restaurant which is serving normal food. Hotel is quite far from the city center, and has not a lake location (other side of the road).
There was good breakfast offered. It was very loud at times in the hotel, specifically at night when we were trying to sleep. Also it was very far in walking distance to get to the city centre.
Great breakfast. Good location, especially in summertime and autumn.
The neighborhood was quiet, no traffic noise. At the reception they were nice: I could use their computer to check for train schedules. The room was quite spacious. Bathroom OK. Dinner OK, though it was almost a blind choice (see negative points). Though it's not so close to the town center, the walking distance was not a problem for me. Comfort was a problem. Huge East-facing window just over the bed with nothing but a veil-like curtain; at 4.45 a.m. there was already a lot of light and that's the hour I woke up... Mattress too soft for me, and the bed was made in that "Central European/Slavic style" that I just can get used to. On the last night there was a lot of noise from a group that wasn't even on the next room (walls to thin?). Breakfast was buffet, but uninteresting; there was no machine to make toasts! (I asked.) Communication was also a problem: only 1 receptionist spoke broken English; the rest of the staff only Polish and German. (From my experience, that's a problem in all Masurian region: not even in restaurants do they have English or French menu.
Well, That was just an "sleep-over" stay during a long driving holiday in former Eastern Prussia. Drove in late, left early in the morning. In any case, staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean. Unlike in some other places in Poland, hotel did not charge any parking fee. The selection of food at breakfast was somewhat limited.
the location, close to the lake the rooms, too small
the hotel 'is nice, kleen, not expencive, good breakfest, good and kind staff. evrything was fine
room, food does not have a menu in English language
It was cheap and well located. Had bar, restaurant and terrace area. They had no air-conditioning. Bedroom layout. The rooms (2) that our group stayed in were each originally two smaller rooms that were converted into a single room. Scarce bathroom soap and shampoo.
Decent breakfast, central location in the city. We reserved two double rooms, but when arrived we got twin rooms instead. It is best to call them to assure the correct type of room. PRL period artifacts such as ancient radio receiver from 60s makes weird pair with LCD TVs.
location Helpfull Staff Comfortable, Good breakfast. No
Staff attitude to the children was really amazing. Rooms are really very small but triple room was quite ok for the family with the two small children
Pleasant, professional hotel in the center of the town, but close to the lake.
Friendliness of most staff members Hardly any international television channels available
The hotel is right in the city center. Very good breakfasts. Rooms are ok, but beds are quite uncomfortable to sleep. The price is a bit high for the service.
The view from our hotel room was really amaizing and kids adored the view to the wooden sailing boat. The food was really delicios. The playing room is full of new toys and is very beautiful. The staff are very polite. There was a spyder net and a spyder in a hotel room when we came. The hotel does not have the eating chairs for babies.
