This hotel does a fairly decent job of managing individuals and groups beginning and ending tours in the area. Breakfast was not very good. Bed was uncomfortable. Construction noise early morning to late evening but this is Sapa in general right now. Close to the center of town is about the only highlight. Many other choices in the area. This hotel is good for one night only to get your bearings in Sapa and move on to another place
My friends and I (all 6 of us) enjoyed our sumptuous complimentary breakfast at Sapa Eden. Unlike conventional buffet breakfast, we get to choose our breakfast ala carte from a menu. Each person is allowed to choose up to 3 sets! Omelette with baguette is superb! Reminds me of the freshly baked baguette I had in Paris. Room and toilet are clean though a bit rundown. Love the soft and fresh towel. An overall enjoyable stay! There is a construction of a new tiny hotel right in front of Sapa Eden. So it gets a tad noisy in early morning with drilling and all. But since we're out most of the time, it wasn't a problem. The complimentary fruit basket is a nice touch, but they seemed over ripped. Bathroom door and closet door can't be closed at all, perhaps due to the shifted foundation caused by the construction of new hotel at doorstep. But for the price, it's ok. I like the fact that the room is very clean.
Near City, Near Attractions and Mountain View, No noise from the car, "Duan Restaurant" beside the hotel good. Customer care clean
I has a good location in the city. It is very cheap and helpfull man in the reception. The room was so moisture that we almost couldnt breath, and our linens was wet becouse of the moisture.
Staff are eager to please and they go above and beyond your expectations with their helpfulness. The owner is very knowledgeable with the various activities on offer in the town and will offer great value but still quality tours and advice. I booked for 3 and stayed for 6 nights. Nothing worth mentioning here.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. Definitely no luxury! The rooms were very humid (it was rainy during our stay), freezing cold and you have to pay 5 dollars for the heater. The worst thing, however, was breakfast - we got just coffee, boiled egg, bread, butter and jam. Besides, we had to ask for extra butter or bread all the time. It is definitely better to get a room without a breakfast and eat somewhere else.
