The service, both at reception and in the restaurant was excellent - friendly, helpful and professional. The room was clean and airy. We enjoyed the food in the restaurant - we went to their Paella evening, although prices were high.
We would have liked better views - although we had a deluxe room we still overlooked the cemetry and roof-tops before we had a glimpse of the mountains. We should also mention the church bells which rang loudly next door and did interrupt sleep! The town was a bit dead with very little to do and seemed a little 'down market' compared with Luzern.
Staff was very helpfull and friendly, nice interior, good breakfast (fresh fruit!)
We missed some relaxing facilities such as a sauna, fitness...
Everything was comfortable and the staff was very accommodating. We ate two dinners in the restaurant and they were excellent.
Staff very friendly and helpful. When we got back at 22.00 after a longer than expected meeting (and the chef had closed the kitchen) they put together a good cold cuts and cheese collation that we enjoyed plus a nice bottle of wine from their good list.
Our room was somewhat spartan (a rug on the floor would be welcome also tea/ coffee making facility).
The stuff wase very kind and nice.
The time of the cleening room was axactly at th resting brake/One day,the first one, they did not cleen the room. The other dayes we stay outside antill they finished cleening' and it takes too long.
The hotel has local feeling but beautiful style - modern and traditional combined. The sitting areas in and outside the hotel are comfortable and attractive - a great place to sit and enjoy a drink or read a book. The food was fabulous!
It was great - just worth noting for those who like to lie in that the church right next door rings its very loud bell at 6am!
First and foremost the staff. The owners, Sylvia und Philipp Moser, who are directly involved in the management, Marcus (reception), Mike (Restaurant) and Manuel (kitchen) deserve a special ovation.
