Bring sleeping pills. Tylenol PM or Benadryl. That one with your meal. Fall asleep in 30 mins. Wear a warm jacket and you will sleep most of your flight and wake up refreshed.. There are little "wings" on the seat headrest you can pull forward to keep your head upright for a good sleep. Put your phone on low power mode for the flight. too.
