Pros: Friendly, obliging. Abundant peace and quiet. Proximity to Hopewell Rocks. Room was spacious, bed was very comfortable, and bath tub much appreciated (why have so many places opted for showers only?!)
Cons: I thought it was a hotel/Inn/B&B and was expecting catering; my mistake I guess. I’m fine with self-catering, I just wasn’t expecting it at this venue. Kitchen facilities were fine.
Pros: location was excellent. The room was a complete apartment setting.
Cons: internet was spotty. times it wouldn't work at all and the host wasn't available.
Pros: The staff was very friendly. Reilly was helpful and gave good suggestions for dining. The room was nicely appointed and the setting was right on the water. It was only a couple of kilometers from the Hopewell Rocks Park.
Pros: Amazing location. Very close to the Hopewell Rocks and bayside view of the water. We were able to have a campfire and enjoy the amenities of a hotel.
Pros: Beautiful spot. Excellent breakfast . Felt spoiled. No hesitation to recommend.

Pros: All else.
Cons: Breakfast was poor. Stayed 3 night only had the breakfast first day.
Pros: I liked everything about this hotel. The front desk staff were excellent, the room was clean, and the bed was super comfy. The breakfast was fresh and very tasty.
Pros: Loved the room. The king suite w bunk beds was perfect for our little family!
Pros: Every thing
Cons: The staff checked us in, we put our bags in the room and left the hotel. Found out from another member of the team that they too had also been checked into our room and had to get a new one once they realized our stuff was already in the room. When I get back to the hotel, I ask the front staff about this because our keys deactivated due to the double booking and couldn’t access our room. They explained they lost our reservation and had to get someone else to find it in the system. We were not called to be advised of this mix up, they were going to hope nothing was said. What if my son was alone in the room changing and it had not been another member of the team who went in? Next day we ask to talk to a manager but being Saturday was told we could only talk to the supervisor. Pulls up my reservation and stated the credit card is t showing up on file and to bring it down to add back in for some compensation, seeing as the room was already charged to the card for two nights I questioned how they lost it but charged it. Blamed system. Brought card down and when we got to the next field checked balance and they didn’t do any refunds they just charged us for two more full nights at a higher rate than what we were originally charged. Another team member also had an extra night charged to her credit card and is getting the run around on that refund. She’s told it will be a few days to process the return, yet they charged an extra two nights stay to her card the night before and reversed it immediately so not sure why that happened either.
Cons: Breakfast location too crowded. No grab rail in shower.
Pros: Conveniently located off highway
Pros: for a family gathering and many people were staying at the same place so we loved that were were able to use the big room off the registration desk and everyone fit in and were able to catch up
Cons: Everything was perfect
Pros: Having a micro-wave and fridge. Breakfast room opened early and the staff there and for room service were exceptionally helpful. Tidiness and cleanliness in the breakfast room were exceptional.
Cons: Proximity to an autoroute. Air conditioning unit kept slipping off the wall attachment.
Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast varied and good
Cons: Pool was smaller than expected, and if someone used the slide, it could be dangerous, as there was little room to go out of the way. A large man did while we were there.
Pros: Good location (outside Amherst but easy to find and easy to park) Nice and clean room Good breakfast (buffet / with waffle maker)
Cons: Indoor pool mainly for kids
Cons: No gluten-free bakery products and no fruits available.

With a stay at Marshlands Inn in Sackville, you'll be a 1-minute walk from Bay of Fundy and 9 minutes by foot from Sackville Waterfowl Park. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Location, price
Cons: Lobby/check-in area was quite a mess, receipts and papers everywhere. Made for a slow process. Beds were short (as someone who is 5'5, I found them short), bathroom dated, and the decor was way too much (too many creepy dolls and mix-matched era/theme 'antiques')
Pros: Nice spacious room, good bed, good sized bathroom.
Cons: Hole in ceiling. No shower curtain in tub shower. Big gap in window with air conditioner - mosquitoes coming in.
Pros: It is a beautifully renovated period home, with authentic furnishings.
Cons: Property was beautiful. Apparently, they were short staffed because the services (dinner and breakfast services) were non-existent.
Pros: The Marshlands Inn was a very different, historical and charming stay. It feels very much like an early 1900's rooming house and in a good way. The facility is extremely interesting; displaying antiques, old scripts/books, dolls and collectables all over. The sitting room and dining room are resplendent with historical art, furniture, architecture and design. If you are looking for a place to slow down, relax and get away from the standard hotel feel, this is the place. The rooms are clean, comfortable and also adorned with art, collectibles and antique furniture. The WiFi was good. The breakfast was prepared fresh from scratch and was delicious (they often use their own garden for the ingredients!) The Inn is a family run business and does not seem to staff a large volume of people. We did wait at times, but the pace of the stay was refreshing and service was genuinely friendly. It is easy walking distance to a theatre, bar, shopping and various other amenities (1-2 blocks). Great place to unwind, relax and experience Sackville.
Cons: Not a lot to complain about when you take the facility in context. We were not in a rush, but for anyone needing instant service or gratification needs be warned that they are not thickly staffed. There was some construction ongoing when we arrived, and they had to move debris so we could access the room. I am not offended though by efforts to upkeep and maintain any facility.
Pros: historic building with unique aesthetic, clean and comfortable
Cons: under-manned - very slow service when dining and checking out Despite having a reservation, we were initially told there was no room available. After some repairs were finished, we were accommodated but the delay in checking in was not welcome.
Pros: Location was good for our purposes.
Cons: Short on help so service was slow at breakfast although the food was good once it came.
Pros: victorian atmosphere
Cons: serve breakfast
Pros: Location just a few steps away from the main/downtown area of the town.
Cons: Just be aware that you are stepping into a grandmother's house that has not had decor updated in several years. Bed was very squeaky. Unable to open windows.
Pros: Beds were great lot of history about the inn.
Cons: Hard to get ahold of the staff. Very short staffed.
Pros: It was clean
Cons: the information about it said it was 9.3miles from Hopewell Rocks but that was if I had a boat or a plane to cross the water. It was actually another hour of driving. The owner said "It is, as the crow flies" and then laughed about it.
Pros: We had a comfortable bed in a spacious well-appointed room at reasonable cost. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. Staff and management were a pleasure to deal with. We enjoyed the views from our room; the surrounding property and gardens are beautiful.
Cons: Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for dinner the night we stayed - one of the main reasons we chose Sackville and the Marshlands Inn
With a stay at Tantramar motel in Sackville, you'll be steps from Bay of Fundy and a 2-minute drive from Mount Allison University. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The fridge worked good lol
Cons: Hard beds , dusty lamp , had a smell , shower curtain crusty , not even on every hook, four car in a 20 unit , & put us side by side ?? Breakfast was from 8-9 ?? We left at 7 am with out even a coffee ?? No body wash , small small soap , $$$$ over priced , 153.00 For what , rip off !! Out side of town ?? Very disappointed
Pros: A very nice motel. The owner couple obviously love it as it can be seen in small touches they have around. They make each individual breakfast as people come in - a half pancake, 2 toast and an egg with a Chinese little surprise veggie pouch. Definitely stay here.
Cons: Slightly expensive for where it is.
Pros: The beds we great and the staff we very nice.
Cons: The room was very ‘dated’
Pros: The owners are friendly and helpful. Breakfast individually made Bed seemed hard at first but had a good sleep
Cons: No light beside the bed for reading Small towels
Pros: Breakfast was good.
Cons: Could have offered some yogurt and fruit at breakfast.
Pros: Wonderfully friendly and welcoming owners, firm mattresses, very clean, and a homecooked breakfast of eggs, waffles, and toast.
Pros: Locatation and easy acess of the highway the motel was old but keep clean and kn good shape
Pros: Excellent breakfast, fabulous customer service, will return next time and stay there.
Pros: Beds were comfortable.
Cons: Outdated rooms. Over priced compared to all other motels we stayed at out East. Owners a bit "too " friendly. We just wanted to get to our room but one owner wanted to have a half hour discussion about the town. Cute dog but they allowed it to run around the property and urinate on our car.
Pros: decent room
Cons: the bathroom was a hodge podge mix of equipment from sixties\ seventiees.Breakfast was already prepared by them > you had no choice of picking what you liked.

Cons: Pool closed too early.
Pros: Convenient to "the rocks" looked out dated and there were some slanting stairs. But room was clean. great view of the bay of fundy!
Cons: Breakfast was not very good even for a continental breakfast. Address did not work with GPS. Like all tourist area motels it was over priced for what it was
Pros: The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very nice.
Pros: Beds were very comfy, the view was lovely. Bathroom was a bit small but we didn’t spend a lot of time in there so it wasn’t a big deal. Lots of room to sit for breakfast though not a ton of selection. Very close to Hopewell Rocks which was the purpose of our trip. Overall a great place to stay, would highly recommend it!
Cons: Wish there was a full breakfast, we would have paid for breakfast. Bathroom small
Pros: The hotel is very rustic. Beautiful view of Fundy Bay. Quiet location. Best of all - right at the entrance of Hopewell Rocks. Breakfast was in the main restaurant next door. Very basic continental breakfast. Coffee, tea, juice, toast, muffins, cold cereal and hard boiled eggs,
Cons: The room could use some upgrading. The Wi-Fi was horribly. The speed was very slow . The mattress was very hard. The carpet is old and stained.
Pros: Proximity to Hopewell Rocks
Cons: The place needs some TLC
Pros: Great view Proximity to Hopewell rocks
Cons: Small Bed size
Pros: The hotel was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Our room had a porch looking out onto the bay that was fantastic. Excellent.
Cons: Nothing negative on the hotel. The restaurant next to it which we had complimentary breakfast at and a couple of dinners was not great as far as quality of food. The fish was good - I must say that.
Pros: The rooms were clean and the pool was nice. Location couldn't have been better to visit Hopewell Rocks.
Cons: The restaurant staff wasn't overly friendly, seemed very bored. Prices were higher than expected. Too bad the store wasn't open at all during our stay.
Cons: Pretty well everything
Pros: Location - just a few yards from the Hopewell Rocks park entrance.
Cons: Tiny bathroom. Advertised as having a restaurant but it was closed for season even though motel was full. Front desk said nearest restaurant was 8 miles away. No way is this 3 star.
Pros: Scenery was beautiful . Very close to hopewell rocks so we were there very early at the rocks
Cons: Breakfast was not good at all . They did not have scrambled eggs the sausages we hard and over cooked .

Pros: Not much
Cons: The food was horrible although the waitress was lovely but over worked. The reception was very odd and not the least bit friendly. The cabin was clean but it stunk sooo bad it was difficult to sleep. We would have left and gone elsewhere but it was late. We got up and out of there as fast as we could and would NOT recommend this place to anyone!
Pros: It was clean, staff were friendly...but it was insanely expensive for a motel. We stayed in a 4 star hotel in Halifax that was cheaper than this place. I’m shocked that their sign says $75/night, but I paid $179!!
Cons: The price
Pros: It was ok for one night.
Cons: It had smell of animal pee in the room.
Pros: I would highly recommend fundy rock motel, thee staff are super friendly… The restaurant is absolutely amazing down-home old fashion cooking at its best… Love the outdoor pool and access to a private beach… Love that they had really nice lawn chairs outside our room so that we could sit and have a drink in the evening… The rooms were nice nothing wrong with them the only thing I would say you’ll be nice if they had A/C other than that no complaints the bed was comfy, room was clean and it had everything we needed. I would definitely book again at this motel.
Cons: The only thing I would change is I would definitely have A/C in the motel rooms.
Pros: Friendly staff and great location.
Cons: Very dated and dumpy. Pillows flat like pancakes, no a/c, fridge not cooling properly, beds need replacement. Breakfast was not impressive so we didn’t try any other meals at the restaurant.
Pros: Unpleasant service. Overbooked motel, give 50$ voucher for breafast. Restaurant closed till noon for understaff, voucher went to garbage. Not a well run motel.
Pros: Clean room friendly staff good food
Cons: Was billed twice in error. Had to call to have it corrected.
Pros: closeness to Hopewell Rocks
Cons: Cottage had worn carpets, no bedroom door, cut off pipes sticking out of the wall almost level with where you lay on the pullout couch, flat pillows
Pros: Beautiful location. Cleaning lady was wonderful.
Cons: WiFi was not good. Couldn't use it. Cottage though clean was not nice at all. Damaged walls, pipes sticking out. Lots of mold in the bathroom. you could see the stains through the paint, under the bathroom sink and under the bathroom floor. Back of the toilet leaked, floor was always wet and part of the floor was completely damaged, soft, Squishy and moldy from the water damage.
Pros: I really enjoyed the decor they had hummingbird feeders in every window and there were lots of hummingbirds. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.
