Pros: historic building with unique aesthetic, clean and comfortable
Cons: under-manned - very slow service when dining and checking out
Despite having a reservation, we were initially told there was no room available. After some repairs were finished, we were accommodated but the delay in checking in was not welcome.
Pros: Hot breakfast was nice. I expected just a contenental breakfast. The finishings in the room were very nice
Pros: Location was great and staff was accommodating.
Cons: The sofa bed should be pulled out and vacuumed underneath. There was a dirty sock along with small particles of garbage.
The hotel needs more cleaning inside, blanket should be more quality, the heater should be replaced, too old? and noisy. Needs some upgrade in general. 'Thanks
Pros: The staff on site are kind,
Cons: The area for breakfast. no space, no place to sit at all,

Pros: Good breakfast and the small town farmers market. Friendly helpful staff
Cons: No elevator
Pros: The room was very spacious and located just off the highway. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Breakfast could have a but more variety. It was very basic.
Staff tried to make the stay better by putting us down a hall at the end away from most of the hockey teams. But with the hotel being filled with young hockey players not under control of their parents. The noise was bad. Not the hotels fault but the teams for not thinking other people would want to sleep.
Pros: Good location.
Cons: The hotel noise was bad. the person showering up stairs sounded like they were in our room .
Pros: Location and friendly staff, plus free breakfast and internet. Very convenient pet friendly room.
Cons: a/c was loud. rooms were pretty dated. expensive for what it was.
Pros: Excellent location to highway and amenities downtown.
Cons: 1) gross room (dead fly on ceiling) - it was literally stuck there! 2) mold around tub 3) dirty carpets 4) old, hard towels 5) breakfast (orange juice was syrup (clearly needed more water to be added), butter was hard, toaster didn't work properly)
Pros: Closest place to Hopewell Rocks, which is why we were there
Cons: Though clean, the room was charmless. The one window had blackout curtains only. Since the window bordered the front parking area, in order to have any privacy, the curtains had to be closed, making the room very dark and stuffy.
Nearby restaurant is somewhat pricy but food is good.
Pros: Right at the door of the rocks park! Very beautiful motel.
Pros: The location was right near the Hopewell Rocks Park. The view from the windows was amazing!
Cons: The coffee machine and the air conditioner in the room didn't work. The 'heated pool' was so cold - and the pool area had fungus and moss growing all around it. The free breakfast was pitiful. Toast, cereal or little dry muffins.
Pros: The best part is it's location close to the Hopewell Rock. The room was clean and the bed reasonably comfortable.
Cons: The place needs an upgrade.especially the bathroom, It's all rather shabby. The included 'continental' breakfast is all carbohydrates (toast and muffins). Altogether we found it overpriced.
Short drive to see Hopewell Rocks. Well-kept motel. Rooms were decent though I would call it a typical 2-star motel, not three. Room and bathroom were clean. Lots of towels for the 4 of us. Porch with chairs all along back of motel with door from each room was really neat with beautiful view. Nice warm pool. Restaurant was good though closed at 8pm. Breakfast was good in a nice room with cereal, toast, yogurt, fruit juice, coffee and tea.
Pros: Location to Hopewell Rocks was excellent! Good breakfast included.
Pros: We loved the covered porch outside our door with the beautiful view. Great place for morning coffee and late cocktails.
This was not 3 star quality. Maybe 2 or 2.5 stars. Restaurant food was mediocre. Continental breakfast also mediocre.
Pros: Location near Hopewell Rocks National Park was excellent.
Cons: Noise level. We had to drown out noise from next room with air conditioning. We would have preferred open window. Also, we found a few fleas in thev room.
Pros: Motel was quaint & very clean. Perfect location for visiting Hopewell Rocks. Gluten Free items were identified on the restaurant menu ... they had a delicious gf chocolate cake. :D Motel also had gf cereal for breakfast.
in room. not many electrical plugs, had to unplug lamp in order to plug in computer and cell phone chargers. TV was only a small 12 inch tube type. Advertised heated pool but cold and dirty only three plastic chairs around pool. Furniture very old and dated, even dried flowers on table were in bad need of dusting. Ice was at a premium, had to ask for full bucket not half. Front desk staff not very friendly or helpful. Walls paper thin could hear person in next room snoring all night. Room overhead when people walked across floor, the ceiling shook. Soap dispenser in bathroom was empty. Worst room I have ever been in. Would not recommend this room or hotel to my enemy. Lesson learned, if motel does not post pictures of room, then do not book!
Pros: the exterior from the road
Cons: the room was on the lower level and badly in need of renovation. Wouldn't take my shoes off. Ceiling tiles were falling out, when on toilet, knees were under sink could wash hands while on toilet! no place to put toiletries no hair dryer or phone in
Nice hotel, friendly staff.
Pros: Close to hopewell rocks
Cons: Food in the dining room was disappointing.

It is 19.9 miles from the city of Moncton. Public parking is provided at no extra charge.
Cons: When I arrived, very tired after 14 hours on the road, I was informed that they'd given my room away because I didn't arrive before midnight. They said they'd tried to call me (a lie, I received no calls). By this time there were no more rooms available.
Pros: Convenient location
Cons: Disappointed in price point for the quality of room. We would rate this room in the $---- range. Feel we paid too much.
