Pros: The location was beautiful, with an INCREDIBLE view! JLouis provided two fresh baguettes and two croissants every morning with butter and jam. He also met us at the airport and welcomed us to the island and led us to the BnB. He was very responsive whenever we needed something.
Cons: The A/C unit in the room was not particularly strong. Also, the 2nd of the double doors to the room did not open properly. It was not a hinderance, however it would have been nice to open both doors and get more airflow.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Owner very friendly and professional
Cons: Only negative thing is that it is a bit isolated. A rental car is a must.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Host Jean Louis is marvelous… He picked us up from the ferry and escorted us right to the property and was only too happy to assist making our stay as exciting as possible…
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic views with lots of privacy. Felt like we were in our own villa! We arrived into Gustavia after dark and Jean Louis met us at the harbor to guide us to the guest house. He was so friendly and helpful. Loved how our breakfast was delivered fresh from the boulangerie each morning in a little tote bag that was left hanging outside our room so that we. Plus eat it at our leisure instead of at a prescribed breakfast hour. Was hard to leave the pool with nearly 360 degree views of the mountains and water. 5 minute drive into Gustavia. Can't wait to return for a stay!!!

Pros: Exactly what I was looking for, a mountain side view of St Barts and ocean. Amazing, so take your camera for day and night shots! Very private too! Piping hot breads plus for breakfast with no interruption.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We enjoyed everything about our stay at this lovely B&B. The room was clean and modern. The view was exceptional. The host was friendly and helpful with suggestions on where to eat, how best to get around the island, best beaches etc. There is a good size mini fridge in the room and the basics needed to prepare a light meal like cutlery, plates, kettle and coffee maker. We enjoyed the French breakfast Jean provided and we made our own picnic lunches as there was a small market nearby. Restaurants, shopping and beaches are all nearby but you do need a car to get around.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Jean_Louis is a thoughtful host who provides an excellent experience for the guests.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The host was spectacular!

Cons: The place is on the hill. The taxis are not getting you up.They leave you down so you have to climb a sharp road by walking if you don’t rent a car

Pros: Everything was super amazing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: everything
6.8 Good
Pros: Tropical garden and excellent service
Cons: No (sea)view from room, nor from pool, restaurant or any other public area. Because of lush gardens overall feeling is of being confined and dark. Limited space around the pool. The pictures of infinity pool and views are misleading because they are from a specific room and not for other guests. At this price I would expect everything to be perfect. Staff is very friendly and food is great but overall the experience is somewhat disappointing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: tyis place is beautiful and the staff are fantastic
Cons: need more vegetarian options
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Service is excellent. Food is delicious and love the atmosphere
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Fabulous food, wonderful decor and ambience but excellent service. Courteous, friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Reception area had a wonderfull atmosphere. The garden with the pool was really relaxing... All food experience was great, everything was beautifully arranged. The staff is very polite, young and smiling, willing to help! Close to Le Colombier beach, Flamand beach... Watched sunset at Colombier only us and a few big turtles on the entire beach...
Cons: The cleaning lady was “interesting”. The room was really clean, every day, but on one day she forget to put enough shower gel , on another day ro refill the minibar, on another day, refilled it partially... feeling that she was relaxed too...:)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff is incredible! They became family by the end of the trip. The pool side and perfect Colombier breeze makes it incredibly enjoyable to lay pool side all day. Anything you could ask for the staff is ready and able to accommodate with a smile! The grounds are gorgeous and the breakfast is aaaammmaaazzziinngggg!!!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: La amabilidad del staff. Very kind and friendly personnel. The food in the restaurant (dinner) the best on the island!
Cons: Two things that could improve the stay: - a larger gym - A shuttle to a beach ;)
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Gorgeous interiors
Cons: On a steep hill so leave the “heels” at home.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff was excellent
Cons: Traffic noise. Not quite the garden bier we expected. Lighting in room was not great
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The tom beach hotel, is a lovely boutique hotel. It is located on the beautiful beach, few steps from the eden rock hotel. The rooms are very generous & clean. At the reception the staff are very friendly & helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
Cons: The only complaint would be about breakfast, there was no fresh fruit included. When you holiday in the Caribbean one of the things you dream about is being able to eat wonderful fresh tropical fruit in the morning. The breakfat inclusive menu was also slim pickings, only plain eggs were included if you would like an omlette with anything inside eg. Tomato, ham or cheese ech item cost an extra €3.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: This small boutique hotel has an exceptional location directly on the beach. The room that I stayed in was very good, spacious and well presented. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The restaurant "La Plage" is one of "the" places to go - excellent food with a relaxed atmosphere. Overall I was impressed.
7.5 Good
Pros: LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! This is one of the most "affordable" beach front hotels on the island, on one of the most iconic beaches... Wake up and go for a swim in the most beautiful waters! Being familiar with the property's past as Tom Beach and friends having stayed there, we finally bit the bullet and booked here. I pretty much knew what to expect. The room ( Room 7) was spacious and we had a lovely back terrace with privacy when you needed to chill for a few or hang up your bikini to dry... The front desk staff were warm friendly and professional, hats off to them. The cleaning staff were also lovely and kept our room in great shape. Otherwise one does not spend too much time in the room.
Cons: That being said I had expected a far superior mattress. To my surprise I had no back aches but it was a thin saggy spring mattress. When you pay $600 a night at a property that had needed recent renovations due to the hurricane, you would think they would have spent a little money on new mattresses. Maybe they were new but they were cheap. I knew the property had changed ownership to people who run a few operations in St Tropez, of which I think are overrated and the food is bad, hence I was not surprised when the Breakfast was bordering Motel level food. Ok so you are sitting practically on the beach for breakfast, it is heaven... But when you offer gluten free bread and alternative milks for people with issues like myself and you run out half way through my stay, stock up! I had to find my own health food shop and get my own milk and bread! I had also ordered an avocado toast one morning and got, soggy toast covered in nasty store bought preservative loaded guacamole. It wasn't even a nice home made guac, it was the stuff you squeeze out of a tube bad! I asked kindly for slices of avocado, fresh avocado and made my own avocado toast. This is a very basic breakfast with no love coming out of the kitchen. Their lunch is pretty horrific too. Some people rave about it after guzzling gallons of Rosê wine, anything tastes good, but not to me. Overall the location of the place trumps most faults of the place and if you don't mind a simple flavorless meal now and then and a saggy spring mattress then you won't have any issues here.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff are phenomenal—from reception to the restuarant/bar, cleaning ladies, parking valet, and security. They are extremely kind and welcoming. This is one of my favorite spots in all the world. Thank you all! I will keep returning every year.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Direct access to the beach! Great breakfast included! The service was spectacular! Hotel Staff was waiting for us at the airport when we arrive and they were really accommodating with late check-out. Everything in the hotel is brand new, and the pool and inside garden felt like an oasis. We will definitely stay again!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was good from check in to check out
Cons: There is some seaweed on the beach but of course we cannot control nature all the time.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: This is a quiet, out-of-the-way location. It has quite a homely feel with a communal indoor/outdoor seating area. There are a number of rooms but all feels pretty individual. The staff were very helpful and the buffet breakfast was great. The beach is a 4-5 min walk at most.
Cons: Its a bit difficult to find as there's no sign from the road - but I guess that's why its a hidden gem!
10.0 Excellent

Breakfast each day around a communal table, featuring fresh juices, coffee/tea, pastries, yogurt, fruit. Owners and property manager on-site, knowledgeable and friendly. Our bathroom featured an outdoor shower and a tree!
Cons: Wifi that doesn’t work in our guest room, and part of the time in the common room.

Pros: Marie and her husband are great hosts and were a pleasure to talk to them. The atmosphere is very relaxed and the suites are very nice. Eco-chic with open spaces and beautiful flowers.
Cons: Nothing the owners can do about it but the lake near by is very low in terms of water and walking around the area was slightly diminished by the occasional smell.
