Overview

30 year old professional working in marketing. Renting a room in a three bedroom, one bathroom. Amenities include off street parking, non-coin laundry, fully furnished living room with an Apple TV, dining room, decent sized kitchen, porch, full backyard with a fire pit and a basement with a chest freezer. Landlord is very responsive and usually solves repairs within 48 hours. No central AC but a window AC unit is provided. The smallest third bedroom being used for an office on WFH days, can potentially make into a shared office. Library, coffee shop, brewery, park, Mexican restaurant and Icy Cup all are within 10 min walking distance. Also very close to downtown Saint Paul. I don't have any children or pets.
