No Avis rep there for my pick up time and I had to get to the airport. Did not have the car I reserved - I wanted a Kia Soul and got a Toyota Camry. Needed more space because I was purchasing furniture. Car had many dents and scrapes.

Pros:

The staff was not friendly at all. The lady, Tracey, was extremely rude and disrespectful. She has no people skills, and is against LGBTQ and showed discrimination. I will never return back to this location. Tracey needs to be removed from this job. She was so mean, I have never ever experienced anything like that at all. She failed to explain anything to me.

They did not have a car for me. They suggested that I call other locations to see if they had any vehicles. They expected me to try to find a car at one of their locations. They said they'd call if a car came in but I never heard from them. I finally found a car with a different company.
