Super ja BEST time
Cold Space and no heat
Location was great! Good hotel to spend few nights.
Few people from our group didn't like beds, said they were too soft for them.
I liked the room, it was modern and clean with a good shower and a bigger than single bed. The staff were helpful and everything was smooth and easy. Good location especially for trains to/ from Moscow, but quiet at night.
I wouldn't recommend taking the breakfast, eggs or porridge cooked by staff in front of you, there are lots of good cafes in the area.
The location at the Nevsky Prospect in the very city center is marvelous. The hotel is off the ain street, so that one does not hear much from the heavy traffic on the Nevsky. Rooms are very clean.
The lady at the reception, who was also responsible for the breakfast, was rather unfriendly: To each request she answered very agitated as if the request was inappropriate (I asked for a cup of coffee in the morning, or for receiving a receipt on check out). The bath room was tiny, the mattress was awfully soft and worn down.
Although the location is not extremely perfect but a bus stop is just a few steps from the hotel. There are three supermarkets nearby. I could cook in my room, that was such a perfect trip for me. The location is safe for a solo traveller. I highly recommend this hotel.
- It was so difficult to find the hotel, you must look the sign of the hotel in Russian, then you find it. - Two many keys to handle. - The water in the bathroom is too weak. I even wasn't sure that I could wash my hair, however finally I could. - There should be more space to put things in the bathroom. They can simply put up a shelf there, this would be nice.
