cleanliness, location. Olesya was of great help through whatsapp as she was there. only few hours per day when we were out.
breakfast, noise if windows opened. it is a mini-hotel, you should explain better what it is about, that there is no service, the breakfast is served in the fridge the day before, and then you have to warm it up, do everything yourself (no problem but you have to explain in the description). We ate only the blinis with jam, the other days was not for our taste. there was no milk, we asked for it but it was provided only on the second day because there is no continuity in the presence. Payment in cash.
Mostly I liked the hotel manager Olesya, which was communicative, responsible, quick and accommodating. Although communication was mostly electronically, every of my needs were solved as agreed. Also the hotel was cleaned every day. For junior suite: Comfortable bed. Well noise damping window. The bath is bigger than expected. The rest I would consider as expected standard.
The hotel is placed on Nevsky prospect which is one of the main streets of St. Petersburg. Whereat that fore it provides good public transport, it is also loud due to heavy traffic. Noise is well damped by closed window, but it can not work perfect.
Nice big clean room. Olesya was very helpful. Thank you.
Room didn't have AC. We couldn't able to keep windows open due to noisy traffic outside.
Very clean and convenience. Owner is very kind.
Recent Hotel, with few simple rooms, but furnished with good taste. It is located downtown Saint Petersburg inside an old palace located on the famous Nevskiy prospekt, close to the metro station and therefore perfect for an easy sightseeing tour of the city. Especially for those who do not know the Cyrillic, the entrance to the hotel is not easy to find and once you find the entrance the impression you have is not the best, but as soon as you enter the hotel the impression changes immediately. The rooms are spacious, the bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is very large. There are still some precautions that I believe the owner Olesya will not fail to put in place to improve the offer. Olesya was very kind and being our presence in Russia above 7 working days, she went out of her way to register us with the Russian authorities. I can not give full marks, but I am sure that with the new precautions that I think will be implemented the structure will be to be promoted with full marks.
Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, Venetsiya Mini-Hotel offers accommodation in central Saint Petersburg. Each room features a view of Nevsky Prospekt. You will find a 24-hour front desk at the property. The hotel is 2.4 km from Church of the Savior on Spilled Blood, and 3 km from the Palace Square.
