The friendliness & helpfulness of all the staff.
As it is a very old building there was no lift.
1.Location,location,location..can not be better for city trip! 2.Hotel staff was very kind 3.quiet place
1.Room was presented as spacious, but found actually very narrow! 2.Cleanliness of the room-point which need improvement. I would recommend this hotel if you like to sleep there and spend your time in the city-there is normal bed and shower, value for money ok...but if you like to enjoy the hotel, look for another one and prepare more money
Very good position
Very narrow room; almost no place for clothes
there is internet 24h/7 days, the location is comfort
Very Small bed for two people
The location is perfect!
There is no lift. The breakfast is simple.
Excellent location. Major attracitions are only within walking distance.
no elevator, room is too small.
The breakfast, jacuzzi tub in the bathroom and decent service. It is in a fantastic area. For a low budget (relatively) mini-hotel, it does the trick.
The lobby is a hair salon-the reception desk is shared by both which is initially off-putting.
The location is brilliant, very close to public transport as well as most famous sightseeings like Hermitage and Palace Square! As to the hotel in general it was absolutely gorgeous. Rooms had pretty much everything you would possibly need: from airconditioning to most comfortable beds. The stuff was friendly and helpful.
The only complaint I have is that the hotel doesn't have an elevator and I was staying on the 4th level which was quite hard to get with big suitcase. However I was told that it's an old building and the goverment doesn't allow reconstruction.
location ,helpful staff, breakfast
