Naiyang Seaview Place Resort

The hotel is located right on the beach and provides its own sun loungers in a "private" portion of the beach which has a great balance of sunshine and shade under the trees. The rooms are adequately sized for a couple and have their own individual "verandah or balcony". The staff do an outstanding job of cleaning the rooms e.g. beddings and towels changed every day! Beach towels are also provided and the staff are charming, helpful and diligent.

The hotel is located superbly right next to the fine and quiet beach. It's offseason so was quiet but perfect. There's no restaurant but walk into the beach and 20 metres away on the right there's a nice lunch and dinner place next door. There's one on the left as well but I didn't go there. There are good Thai massage places on the street nearby and a little hut across the road that does coffee and sticky rice for breakfast. Everything you need nearby. A 24 hour shop a few doors down. A chemist next door.

The hotel manager Ms. Aey and her staff were helpful and accommodating. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful with particular mention of the cleaning/housekeeping staff who are truly exceptional.

The hotel provides a private beach area with sun beds and towels provided, a great location on the beach, and a small beach hotel with charm created by the lovely staff and the hostess Sudarat.

The hotel is located right on the beach and in the center of Naiyang, near everything. It's right on Naiyang kiteboarding beach, and there are nice restaurants close to hand.

Guests highly recommend booking a sea view room to avoid views of nearby walls and enjoy a more pleasant outlook.

November is the low season, offering a quieter experience with fewer crowds and potentially better rates.
