Everything. Really nice place
quaint, close to town, very clean, the fireplace was awesome, clean, contactless check in.
window insulation. there was a bit of a draft from the windows. breakfast was ok.
Great location. Good parking. Breakfast was delightful. Air conditioning was excellent and we had a thermostat. Good value for center of Salem.
Stayed in the Curwen House adjunct lodging, a short walk from the main building. On the third floor. No elevator (which was listed in ad). Dragging luggage up stairs was no fun; no help. Bathroom small but adequate. Not fancy but fine.
Stayed in King at Peabody House. Comfortable bed, lovely fireplace and bath nice. Very quiet so I was surprised to see lot full in the am! Enjoyed the sherry left in front sitting room.
Paid for breakfast with reservation but not aware breakfast didn't open til 8am. Had to catch a flight so no breakfast.
Location and ease of checking in.
3rd floor with bad knees. More of a b&b. Priced high but for the location they get it and I Would to if I were them.
It was charming and well located.
no mini fridge
The location was excellent and it was nice to have a continental breakfast included. It was very clean
The inn is in 2 locations. The air conditioning noise in the Curwin House was an annoyance at night The pillows were flat and hard There was no refrigerator in the room
Friendly Staff, very helpful in navigating
The whirlpool did not work well
The morning breakfast and afternoon wine & Cheese
Parking a block & half away and loading car in the front location no parking what so ever. We were on the top floor no elevators kind of tuff when you are traveling with small children.
Beautiful historic house with wonderful breakfast rooms and helpful, friendly staff. I would not renovate the history from the Inn. I would stay again. It is a plus that it is in walking distance of everything we wanted to see.
