Parking is good. Bedroom was well decorated but bed springs were a bit done in. Overall a nice place to stay for a night away for work. Great breakfast
The room was clean with an excellent view. Warm and friendly
Was told on arrival that the restaurant was shutting tomorrow but we could have breakfast as we were a current guest. When we got up in the morning there was nobody about, the restaurant was shut, reception was shut. A simple note under the door would have sufficed but not to be told anything was extremely disappointing. When we did eventually find someone they just simply said sorry we are closed. We were told the evening before that someone would let us know what was happening but nothing was communicated. The stay would have been great if it was not for that. We completely understand that this was a government announcement but they could have put breakfast on as room service if it came to it.
Lovely and clean property in a very beautiful spot by to river, 15mins - 20 minutes from the town centre and Salisbury Cathedral.
Lovely hotel and amazing location. Great value for the £49 we paid and stunning view from our room.
Room was crazy hot even with windows wide open and shower was cold in the morning.
Fantastic location - old mill with mill race passing beneath the Dining Room. Level walk through meadows to Cathedral and town centre.
General lack of maintenance and a poor level of cleanliness.
