10.0 Wonderful
The property was beautiful. Very scenic with lots of nature.
A
10.0 Wonderful
Pros:The food offered at the Barefoot Bar & Grill was well prepared, tasty, ample portions and a good value for the price.
Cons:There could have been more restaurants open.
S
8.8 Very good
Pros:It was a big resort, plenty of room to distance, lovely clean facilities
Cons:They aren’t cleaning rooms, so you run out of towels, cups, coffee... everything. They also are not wiping down lawn chairs and the tables next to the lawn chairs frequently enough, if at all. I never saw anyone wipe one down... which is normally ok, but with covid should absolutely not be the case.
M
8.0 Very good
Pros:A good place to get away in the middle of a city. Very relaxing and a good escape.
Cons:more complete sidewalks would be nice.
A
4.8 Mediocre
Cons:We arrived at the room and the towels were dirty- used.
A
6.0 Okay
Pros:beautiful sunsets
Cons:really terrible hidden $37 parking fee and the resort upkeep not great. also bring a trash can because there is not a single one on the property.
J
6.8 Okay
Pros:We loved the golf course and beach access so near. Felt like we were in Hawaii, beautiful grounds Fun bar and live band
Cons:A few more activities would be nice, perhaps led by the hotel and options for things to do with family. Room exteriors need to be updated. Finish construction asap. Update pool areas to include a "babies" water fun area A facelift of the buildings and some paint is key.
A
9.1 Wonderful
Pros:The staff was very friendly and accommodating in every way. The grounds were really nice and relaxing.
Cons:You do get hit with an excessive parking fee, which I find weird since the hotel owns the whole area. The rooms could use a little bit more TLC (better cleaning, spiderwebs, and bugs in room). Our outside chairs were beyond filthy, sitting in them would have left our clothes stained in dirt/filth. Beds were okay comfort wise. Any issues brought up to the staff was quickly and generously remedied.
A
10.0 Wonderful
Pros:Only regret is that we did not have enough time there. Loved our room and lagoon. Felt lush and tropical!
A
4.2 Mediocre
Pros:The location was good and the grounds were nice.
Cons:The bed was very uncomfortable. Nothing great about the room that made it any better than a Motel 6. The price was steep for what we got. The one night we went to the hot tub it had way too much chlorine in it. When we kicked the jets on it was burning our eyes. Both the AC and the fridge were extremely loud. I had to leave the AC off and unplug the fridge to fall asleep. A lot of extra fees even after booking a total cost package. Those fees were over $100 in"resort fees" and then parking fees on top if that. All in all, I would rather have stayed elsewhere considering what we did on the trip.
