The room has a very hip vibe that is a hit with my kids ages 12-17. They love it! The hotel is just a block away from the cable car when we came back from a night at the downtown area. No hassle when we went around SF downtown and back. It is also within the activities from the pier. It is far enough from the main noise but near enough for a few minutes walk. Very accessible to all the great restaurants and activities around the area.
The staff was very friendly. From the maids to the doorman to the concierge everyone was concerned with trying to help us have the best time possible while we stayed there. Loved using the free loaner bikes to get around the wharf.
Nice room. Nice spot.
Valet was very expensive, They did not warn about the price up front. They were insistent we took a mini bar key even tho we didn't want one. no nightlife around the location.
evberyone was great and very helpful the location was perfect
our view was a wall
Big positives: cleanliness and size of room, very cheery staff, newer hotel. Somewhat kitschy decor that was also endearing . Cool rough hewn wood beams in room. As a former San Franciscan touristy Fisherman's Wharf wouldn't be my first choice but appreciated quietness of area. Far cleaner, quiet than Union Square or SOMA. Better value than Union Square, much nicer than motels on Lombard.
Heard some guests making noise in hall in middle of night.
Excellent as usual. Staff very helpful with an early check-in.
The staff was friendly. Concierge restaurant recommendations on the money. The location was excellent. Rained the entire weekend-but no matter the hotels had huge umbrellas for their quests.
Lighting could have been better when you entered the room (outside bathroom.) Prefer bathroom sink outside of bath/shower area. Allows two people to get ready at same time.

The hallways have an unpleasant odor; however, the room did not - thank goodness.
Location..decor...staff...service...all were great!!!
The room was very comfortable, in particular the bed and pillows were comfy.

Location to Fisherman's Wharf
Walls were a little thin. Could hear the people below us. I was really excited about the rate I got for this hotel compared to other websites so I told my sister about it. She booked a room at this hotel for the following week and got a rate $110.00 cheaper than mine, higher floor and better view, so I was a little bummed about that.
