Our room was on the first floor. The ceiling needed better insulation. We could hear every step the guests in the upper floor take. Definately not good for sleeping
Pros. Room was very clean and comfortable. Very affordable
Cons. Have travel essentials for sale or free. Ex: toothpaste, contact lense solution, toothbrush etc.
Pros. Wifi quality is to bad for the value hotel
Cons. WIFI, gym facilities
Pros. Great location and friendly staff
Cons. N/A
Pros. Super clean New and very spacious rooms
Cons. Air scent in lobby TOO strong which appears to be overdone these days in many hotel lobbies
Cons. Got to the check in desk and found out there was a hidden fee of $30 for internet and other incidentals. Bait and Switch
Pros. The staff was awesome! So attentive and willing to help make our stay better. The concierge called to make sure all of our tour and restaurant plans were taken care of properly. Great job!
Pros. The service, location and amenities were incredible. Very comfy beds! Everything was perfect, except the shower would clogg a bit. Would definetly recommend
Pros. The room cleanliness and decor.
Cons. Customer service-I had requested a 1 bed and they initially gave me a double. So we had to go change rooms. Then at 6am there's was a fire drill so everyone had to evacuate but the issue is that the staff never offered an apology.
Pros. I liked that we were in walking distance of the wharf and North Shore. A few blocks from the congestion of fisherman's wharf gave us some peace and quiet. We were able to sleep with the window's open without the noise from the streets or groups of people invading our space.
