Pros (+) The location is good, and the staff are pleasant, if not very helpful.
Cons (-) It's freezing but there is no heat most of the time. The rooms are tattered, with broken lights and cheap plywood sheet doors and roofs, along with tiny cramped bathrooms. The walls are VERY thin. Breakfast is in an unheated room, everyone wore a coat, and was a chunk of hard bread and some coldcuts.
