Pros: Off the beaten track place to stay, the staff were wonderful. The breakfast was great and set us up for the day nicely.. The degustation dinner was great and wish to go back and enjoy another sometime. the rooms were minimalistic and clean :-)
Cons: everything was great
Pros: Room was lovely
Cons: No WiFi; breakfast was very poor, especially for the money! Most expensive room on my trip and worst breakfast! Breakfast consisted of croissant and Melba toast! Both pre-packed! Very poor considering this is Italy!!!! No access to Sky TV or any English programmes etc
Pros: Simple and straight room to have a good sleep in clean premises. You definitely recognize that the hosts love their job!
Pros: We were unaware that of the Menu Price-Fixe. So we were shocked. I asked for a five course meal and my friend asked for a four course meal. We ended up paying for the 7 course meal at 79 Euros each. They said breakfast and parking were included we ended up paying 28 Euros for breakfast. Parking was free. Then to top everything off while we were out for touring on the second day they moved everything to another room so they could put three people in our room. The room we got was smaller but it was still adequate for three persons.
Cons: Attitude of Chef, bumped into him while outside said good evening he grunted at me. See everything above.
Pros: lovely place, very silent. we had dinner here, amazing food!
Pros: We were 2 hours late arriving at almost 2 am in the morning, we pulled out of the way of a car coming the other way and ended up stuck in the ditch, the head chef and 2 staff came out of the Hotel and helped collect our baggage and then arranged for a tractor to pull us out in the morning. Above and beyond. I was amazed by thier efforts to help us, the true Italian spirit! The staff were friendly helpful and very accommodating making us feel very welcome.

Pros: Excelent service. Very beautiful place (road to get there is not so good). Very good brakfast. In total i highly reccomend.
Cons: There is Wifi, but in upper room signal is not so good.
Pros: Just great
Cons: That we just spent one night
Pros: Staying at Il Tempo Ritrovato was a wonderful and relaxing experience. The room was beautiful, carefully restored by its owners, set in an old 13th century guardhouse. The bed was deliciously comfortable, the bathroom just what I needed after a long hot walk from Reggio Emilia, and the view from my window enchanting. Isolina and her family made me feel very much at home and answered all my questions about the local cuisine and dialect, as well as enjoying a discussion about Matilda of Canossa and recommending a book on this subject. The breakfast was superb, with excellent coffee, energising porridge, and fresh delicious fiorini figs from the garden. Isolina’s apricot jam was the best I’ve ever tasted. I would return in a heartbeat to this magical spot.

Pros: Spacious, really spacious considering that most European hotels are tiny. Solid stone building and ease of access are some of the highlights.
Cons: I guess this place has seen it's better days. No, it was not dirty or anything, but you could feel the vibe having gone done. Maybe it was because we travelled during off season.
Pros: The view from the hotel, very quiet surroundings, nice place in a beautiful location, outside the big cities. The room was huge, with a living room etc. The restaurant was great as well. Very good value for money.
Cons: The temperature in the room was very high, we are aware it is an old farm house, but we had difficulties to fall asleep with this heat. And it was end of August, so probably not the worst they had during summer! :)
Cons: Lack of communication after booking No I.d check on book in We booked wanting to stay and eat at the restaurant After booking and enquiring if they had a vegetarian menu we were emailed to say that the restaurant was closed even though we could have paid E30 per person for a meal with our booking.
Pros: Excellent location, spacious room.
Pros: Nice location, kind staff, big and stylish room, great views and the overall atmosphere.. Just beautiful!
Cons: Could imagine bigger variety of food to choose from during breakfast, i.e. some warm meals as well (eggs, sausages etc)
Pros: Beautiful quiet location with easy access to Parma, Reggio Emilia and Modena. Good restaurant with local food.
Cons: Bed was little bit hard
Pros: it is located in the heard of Emiglia Romana countryside. Actually its a complex ideal for big gatherings like weddings etc. with a great restaurant and acceteria ( producing Balsamico vinegar). Room was huge, nicely equipped with a beautiful atmosphere. The breakfast was nice, but the staff was missing to serve us a coffee.
Cons: Non, but we can not find - call the waiter to make us coffee for it.
Pros: Typically Italian, in a lovely location with great views .

Pros: Clean, beautiful, friendly staff
Cons: Breakfast could be a bit better by adding more hot food or serving it a bit longer
Pros: Standard place with good rooms. Clean and big. Nice breakfast. We chose this hotel only because of the parmigiano Reggiano factory to visit and buy som cheese. So our expectations of the place wasn't high. But we were not disappointed. Its a very standard hotel.
Pros: The staff was exceptional! House keepers were the best...extremely professional, courteous, and caring.
Cons: I couldn't stay longer; it felt like home...I didn't want to leave.
