I feel like the rooms are a bit down and very old, maybe if they get that sorted out then it will be fine.
Pros. Staff. Location and cleanliness of the hotel.
Cons. Nothing.
Pros. The hotel arranged for car service to meet us at the airport. As we were coming from overseas and laying over before leaving the country the following day we needed to relax and enjoy our time in Johannesburg. That we did. Restaurant, service and concierge were all wonderful. Thank you so much! Family highlight and not to me missed: visiting Mandela Square

Cons. I was not told when I checked in that the water was going to be cut off through out the night until the morning. I was told when I checked out the next morning that a manager would contact me to address the issue. Never Happened!!!
