The room was very clean and the reception team has been great, gave us tips on where to eat, which beaches to see and helped with renting a car. The hostal is in a perfect location and the possibility to use hostal tropical for breakfast and for the swimming pool is a bonus. We had breakfast there every morning and the food was very good also the team there has been very nice, always with a smile on their face

This was my second year staying at Hostal Cervantes. The rooms are basic but very clean and it’s in a great location - close to the west end, 5 minutes walk from the bus station, 10 minutes walk from cafe mambo. The staff are lovely and very helpful. The pool is great and there is the option to eat at Hotel Tropical for a cheap price. The hotel is excellent value for money and I would definitely recommend it to anyone staying in San Antonio!

Room cleaning is bad, unfortunately the customers came back in the night after taking drugs and aclool, and they make disasters, screaming like monkeys.
