Pros (+) Location, the hotel was within walking distance to the beach.
Cons (-) Overpriced for the quality of the hotel. While reserving this hotel parking was supposedly included, I had to pay a parking fee upon arrival. When I arrived there was sand on the chairs and on my bed. The bathroom smelled and did not look clean. There was only one towel available, I had to ask for more. I ended getting a few hand towels, instead of bath towels.
Pros (+) The facility is well cared for - newly painted, clean with attention to small details like the lighting in the courtyard. Breakfast was nice. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable.

Pros (+) Not one thing the room had part of it remodel and the other tours the bathroom was old the shower old and dirty.
