Pros: The car was clean like new, very comfortable and got good mileage. Pick up was easy and the rate was affordable.
Cons: I didn't like being silently charged $20 extra for returning the rental late by one hour. Considering the daily rate was $30 this is excessive. As far as I could tell the lot was full of cars and there was minimal activity so the added charge seemed unnecessary. Even with that, the agent who finalized the charges did not mention it and left it up to me to review the bill and decipher why there was a larger than expected balance. Pretty unprofessional and this kind of nickel-and-diming will lead me to avoid this rental agency in the future.

they did not honor the reservation because of an integration problem withyoursearch
Pros: nothing, they left me stranded. I had to go elsewhere because they where closed when I arrived for my reservation. there where people inside. they just looked at me thorough the window and made no move to help. they don't care I guess.
Cons: your computer made a reservation at a closed store, not impressed.

Read fine print
Cons: I payed online with debit card. Couldn't actually pick up car without a credit card. Thus was in the fine print. I received no refund. If this had been made clear I would not have payed online

Charged twice and super slow customer support
Pros: Good price until they charged twice
Cons: - Car had damage that was not on the vehicle inspection. I had to go back to the office to get it corrected.
- We wanted to change drop off location. It was possible to change -good - but it took customer support about 40 minutes to figure out how -bad-.
- As we changed location the rental got $70 more expensive and that is perfectly fine. What is not fine is that they did not charge the extra $70 at the change but the whole rental cost so I got charged twice.

Cons: I booked my car on Tuesday. When I showed up to pick up my car and get going on my trip that Friday morning, out of nowhere the Hertz sales rep said “I’m sorry, we can’t rent to you”. He couldn’t tell me why. Apparently I was on some list. So he gave me a phone number to call to find out why but no one would ever answer. Complete joke. I haven’t rented a car in years, have a clean legit license and I swear I’ve never rented from hertz ever. I’m also 45! So I was absolutely screwed THE MORNING OF my trip. So I called enterprise and got a car just fine, with zero issues. Maybe hertz could have prevented me from reserving a car with them BEFORE the day of my trip. Ridiculous, pathetic operation that added an enormous amount of anger and stress at the first phase of an exciting day. Way to go Hertz. Just like the title of their company, dealing with them certainly Hertz

Professional and Reasonable
Pros: The car was in good condition and the staff was very considerate and professional and the price was reasonable..
Cons: The location was a little difficult to get to but a friend dropped me off and the office staff gave me a ride after drop off.
Cons: The facility was cramped both inside and outside, and from the direction I approached, difficult to see as it was behind a much larger building and sign. I had to back up and maneuver to enter the very small driveway entrance. There was room to park the car once I entered, however. Not sure where to add that I felt the dropoff fee was excessive -- thus the lower rating on value for money.

Pros: Convenient location. Location was closed so just quickly dropped off the car, didn't interact with anyone so I don't have much to say or judge.
Pros: The guys there were great. Fantastic experience.

Pros: All staff were professional and on and the same page. I had interaction with 6 employees in the coarse of securing a car and returning it. They all appeared to enjoy their work, answered my questions courteously, thoughtfully and knowledgeably. Enterprise company policy is pretty straight forward with more consideration for their customers than all the other national rental agencies I have dealt with. I found Enterprise to be "As Advertised" Refreshing!
Cons: Limited hours on the weekend were more than made up for by the fact that I could change my contract without penalties.
