Staff, cleanliness, pool ( bliss), cabanas
What practical information can you provide about the hotel's room service?
The room service food was very poor. Everything undercooked (raw chips) and the pizza barely cooked. I went as a solo traveller and none of the two restaurants were open so every evening I had no choice but to have room service. If the restaurants were closed due to no staff you should of advertised it on your website. This was a big disappointment.
What are guests saying about the hotel's beds and room comfort?
Some of the spa facility’s didn’t work which was a shame but still very relaxing. Had a great facial with Marta
