Initial room we booked was ridiculously tiny and impossible to find room to store our two suitcases. Requested an upgrade and fortunately one was available but at a extra cost of course but that was not important as we ended up with a large suite which was fantastic for our 7 night stay. Staff were very helpful in organising luggage transfers and organising upgrade at the next hotel.
Disappointing that on check out not one staff member had even a basic knowledge of English and were very casual.
The room is comfortable and the location is excellent, but the breakfast is just so so.
One of the female staff in front desk was not helpful, and almost her anwsers were negative.
I liked that it had a recliner chair. After a long day of sightseeing it was good to put my feet up which you cannot do at so many Japanese hotels. It was also quite roomy compared to other hotels. It was very close to a subway station and had a 7-11 at the entrance. The restaurant had good food at reasonable prices. It was a 990 yen taxi ride in peak traffic to the station from outside the hotel. This hotel was very good value for the price. I would definitely stay here again.
Nothing. It was great.
Great location and its value for money!
I booked a Twin Room and the size was reasonable (for 2 adults + 1 kid). The bath room was pretty large. Staff in general were friendly (front desk, restaurent) except the house keeping staff was pretty cool. The location was excellent and adjacent to subway stations. Airport bus was only a few minutes walks away. A lot of restaurents were nearby.
Like most business hotels in Japan, the front desk was not on the ground floor and there was no temporary parking space for you to unload your lugguage for check in. You need to park you car in a nearby carpark and carry your lugguages to the hotel which is very inconvenient.
