The staff were helpful and friendly. It is located a short walk from a tram for getting into the city center.
Not all rooms are air conditioned, so we had to request a different room, since we booked on the statement on the website that the rooms were air conditioned.

The staff was kind and helpful. The hotel was nice. The breakfast was enough and delicious. Besides some negative things I would suggest this hotel, because this has got value for the money.
The staff was not able to talk in English, but we could understand each other. The location of the hotel is poor, far away from the city center, next to a rebuilding area.
