Pros:The location was good.
Cons:They were extremely intrusive. Kept opening the door as they knock. It would be understanding if they would wait for a response but I guess that's asking for a bit much. Won't be going there again.

Pros:The beds were comfortable and room clean.
Cons:According to the add it was supposed to be close to the beach but was very far. Also the price not great! Originally I was given a smoking room even though it was supposed to be a non smoking room. A male staff member was helpful in changing that. Female staff when I arrived not so friendly and kept calling me honey.

Cons:There was yellow residue and other filth left in the shower. There were black hairs left on the floor and sheets. The cleanliness of this hotel was horrible. The staff was the only pleasant thing about it.

Pros:This was what we needed for the Sarasota Half Marathon- basic, but close to the start line. I accidentally got booked/charged for two rooms on my account. There was a bit of arguing with the front desk clerk about canceling the second room, but it was eventually done. The charge was still on my credit card when I got home, and I must commend Gary, the GM, on his service in helping me out! He was very quick to respond to my email about the situation, and made sure the charge was off my credit card within hours! Great service in turning an annoying situation into a good one.

Pros:The location was very convenient for an early morning flight home. The beds were very comfortable.
Cons:The parking situation was inadequate. We arrived back at our room after dinner and had to park in the back parking lot.

Pros:Over-all the hotel stay was okay.
Cons:So some associates had two other rooms besides me. 2/3 rooms the toilets hardly flushed then took 10+ to fill back up while making a sound. My iron didn't work and just leaked all over my shirt. The shower water was livable but clearly the hotel has a problem with water pressure. The renovations to the hotel are fine if you looking to save but they do look plan cheap. Their location must be horrible because nothing delivered to the hotel of then papa johns which ended up being $27/1 hour delivery for the worst papa johns pizza I have ever tasted. Check-out went smooth but their breakfast was pretty damn cheap. I about gaged on their grits and just ate cereal. Coming back down in a few months and will def pay the extra $40 somewhere else. Finally, I used kayak and they connected me to another site that was $10 cheaper. However, I did notice that this hotel seems to throw that price out anyways if you call and most likely get cheaper.
