Great location and great staff. Very responsive and very friendly.
The rooms are generally dirty. I’ve stayed at this hotel a handful of times when I have to come into town due to the convenience but the rooms are getting progressively dirtier. I’ve tried different types of rooms as well. The walls are dirty and moldy, the bathrooms needs to be scrubbed and the linens need to be replaced.
Location was great. Staff was very friendly.
The only thing I didn't like were the pillows. They were the Japanese buckwheat pillows. I know they are a traditional style in Japan, but I would prefer the option for American pillows as well. It made it difficult to sleep.
The staff is excellent! Always helpful and accommodating.
If I had to pick something I didn’t like it would be the beds. They are a bit stiff for my liking. Still a great hotel, location and staff. I’d stay again.
The location was great. It’s right in central Sasebo next to Ginza where you can do all your shopping
The room was small for the price, bed was like sleeping on rocks. I had a previous guests washing rag left hanging in the shower with hair. For $110 per night this was NOT a very comfortable room. The parking advertised was always full so you had to use the parking structure down the street or if there where spots open at the entrance it was a very tight fit (I actually chipped paint on my door trying to get out next to the wall)
