Pros (+) Super nice room, lobby and eating area. Good breakfast! Housekeeping staff excellent, pleasant. Keys worked well, didn't demagnetize as so many do. Parking lot well ploughed. Coffee and juice always available, I had odd hours so that was much appreciated.
Cons (-) Staff goofing around front desk, heavy smoker's cough could be heard up and down hallways, and it's right beside the cafe, so eating with her there is unpleasant.
